Did buy online pick up in store, the best buy associate was very friendly. Great apple product! Was needing to upgrade my iPad and I'm pleasantly surprised at how big and how good the screen looks! Love that it has face recognition to unlock instead of using my finger.

I'm still new to iPads however my daughter loved this. It comes in four colors and when I asked my daughter what color she liked out of the four (she didn't know what it was for), she said yellow for Pikachu.

Upgraded from our 10.2 iPad. Much more storage. Changed some things so there is a learning curve for it. It brought our pictures into the new one with minimal fuss. Good price for black Friday sale. Go pickup one!!
