This is a review of using headphones through the C jack. The Apple approach is poor and requires an outside app to control volume through Spotify. Zoom is glitchy. The speakers work great. Got the camera right but went beyond cheap with the wired audio.

Nothing different expect a tad big bigger but it’s no noticeable. The yellow color is more lime looking than yellow. The new Touch ID feature is nice. I like the full picture view now. The price is still outrageous.

I purchased an iPad back in December and when it was delivered I received an empty box. I reached out to FedEx and Best Buy in regarding to my missing product. I received no help. They said they would investigate further then sent me an email stating to contact the police that I will not be receiving a refund. I did not receive my package and I did not receive my refund. I received an empty box after spending for $300. It is two months almost three months later and I have yet to get a refund or an answer other than to contact the police. This company has no regard for your money or time.

Bought the iPad and the pen to do with it. Cannot get the pen to work so we take it in and they said we need a different pen and charged us another $30 cause it wasn’t on sale. We thought they would have just traded pens. They still cannot get the pen to work with the iPad and said we would have to set an appointment with the ceek crew and we would be charged for that. If I have to pay to get it to work after I spent over $500 with you. I promise it will be the last time I will ever walk through the doors. I would think that since I bought everything from you that was recommended and now I have to pay to make it work. NO not going to happen.

I pad has blank space in the middle of the screen which is unresponsive. I am unable to return it to BB already apparently so am glad I bought an AppleCare plan. Now my daughter’s birthday present will be at the Apple Store getting fixed. Never buying an “open box” item again. Also, didn’t come with the block part of the charger so had to buy one of those too.

I have not opened it until Christmas.Then I will give you a review.

DO NOT order this ipad from best buy, ORDER it from APPLE. BEST buy took my money!! I paid for it online January 14th, i was suppose to pick it up January 15th at a best buy location 5 minutes to picking it up i was told that the order was not in stock and i would have to get it shipped or pick up at another location. I switched to another location. I waited there for 4 hours just to be told that I never paid for it, AFTER it has came out of my account and showed my bank statement. A manager helped me and it was to be at my house tomorrow, i just got a email that my order was cancelled because my payment was never updated. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY. I NEVER had trouble until NOW. PLEASE GO TO APPLE AND NOT BEST BUY! BEST BUY IS HORRIBLE!!!
