Bought the iPad and the pen to do with it. Cannot get the pen to work so we take it in and they said we need a different pen and charged us another $30 cause it wasn’t on sale. We thought they would have just traded pens. They still cannot get the pen to work with the iPad and said we would have to set an appointment with the ceek crew and we would be charged for that. If I have to pay to get it to work after I spent over $500 with you. I promise it will be the last time I will ever walk through the doors. I would think that since I bought everything from you that was recommended and now I have to pay to make it work. NO not going to happen.

I pad has blank space in the middle of the screen which is unresponsive. I am unable to return it to BB already apparently so am glad I bought an AppleCare plan. Now my daughter’s birthday present will be at the Apple Store getting fixed. Never buying an “open box” item again. Also, didn’t come with the block part of the charger so had to buy one of those too.

DO NOT order this ipad from best buy, ORDER it from APPLE. BEST buy took my money!! I paid for it online January 14th, i was suppose to pick it up January 15th at a best buy location 5 minutes to picking it up i was told that the order was not in stock and i would have to get it shipped or pick up at another location. I switched to another location. I waited there for 4 hours just to be told that I never paid for it, AFTER it has came out of my account and showed my bank statement. A manager helped me and it was to be at my house tomorrow, i just got a email that my order was cancelled because my payment was never updated. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY. I NEVER had trouble until NOW. PLEASE GO TO APPLE AND NOT BEST BUY! BEST BUY IS HORRIBLE!!!

It's a Christmas gift, can't give an honest opinion yet

My gf loves it. Was undecided between this or the air. But for $399 was a great value. Does everything we need it to do plus some.

I bought this as a gift I have the 12.9 pro and I always find iPads are super convenient to use can’t recommend them enough .

Like the newest model iPad, a lot easier to use than the older ones, The pictures and color are brighter.

Typical apple product. Was a Christmas gifts and surprisingly it was on Black Friday sale

The product is great the service was terrible. I bought the I pad on line. I have the service package. However the I pad was not put on my membership. I tried remotely to fix and no help. I called in and was transferred at least 5 times before I gave up. Problem still not solved.

Handsome and has a great screen. The iPad continues to be a valuable product

as ordered. realized we ordered wrong one and will need to return it.

First off the I pad wasn’t up to date and it moved terribly slow and it’s always glitching I ended up giving it to my one year-old

I really wouldn’t know about this product as the thief who stole my wallet out of my purse had the pleasure of being allowed to purchase it with my credit card. Wish I had this, the home theater system & the Apple Mac Pro Book he was Allowed to “purchase”—that’s what I’ve figured out so far.

Best buy needs to bring the option in the best buy app to ask a question and if the question has been ask to let me see the answers , no need for me to be shuffling and looking at every single review to look for my particular question

I wanted the ipad engraved since it was a Christmas gift and his first new ipad.

Please do not order from Best Buy they use on trac and terrible customer service. My package was stolen they delivered it outside of my gate and they refuse to give me a refund.

I regret buying 2 of these iPads. Not even a month after have both of the devices they stopped work. Have to do a warranty claim through apple and I have been without my iPad for over 10 days. I wish I never bought them. Apple is a joke when it comes to apple care.
