Best Buy won’t allow editing of reviews so I waited six months. If something goes bad, you can’t change your review. This iPad works ok for my limited use, but is over priced for what you get. Apple Talk didn’t connect with wife’s Samsung phone so Verizon added their text app and it is fine now. No instructions so Google is your friend. Two hours with Siri and not working so disabled. Not intuitive for new Apple users. I needed Geek squad showing me how to turn it off. I never take it out of the house so overpriced insurance skipped as insurance plus copay so expensive, just buy another iPad. Have to unplug for some apps as the device rests on the charging port in portrait. I replaced the failed power cord at four months. My iPhone password needed replace and this pad was the trusted phone number and failed. Apple forced me to wait a month to reset. Predictive text very annoying with wrong words so reread before sending. I would not recommend unless you are replacing an old iPad.
