Horrible phone sale experience

Called to purchase ipad for in store pickup. Drove 45 minutes, with a confirmation, on company time to the store and was told they didn't have it. Was told an email was sent informing us of this but it was not. ipad was shipped later.
Cancelled the otter box on the order and purchased it elsewhere. Still charged for it. Credit came later
