overall it was a great experience w/ this Ipad. other than having to use touch ID on the power button everything was very clear and efficient

Quality was amazing I loved it so much !! The packaging was a little ugly because it came with a bunch of stickers on it but the iPad is fine

The iPad checks all of those boxes and more. Design and Display: First off, the design is sleek and modern. The thin profile and lightweight body make it incredibly portable, whether I’m carrying it around in my bag or just using it on the couch. The display is one of the standout features. The Retina display is vibrant and sharp, whether I’m watching movies on Netflix, editing photos, or reading articles. The colors pop, and the brightness is more than adequate even in bright environments. If you’re into digital art or photo editing, you’ll appreciate the color accuracy here. Performance: The performance is smooth, even when running demanding apps. iPad delivers snappy performance across the board—apps open quickly, multitasking is seamless, and there’s no noticeable lag even with multiple apps running. I was genuinely impressed with how well it handles both light tasks (email, browsing) and heavier creative tasks (photo and video editing). Apple Pencil Support: Another highlight is the Apple Pencil (sold separately). As a writer and someone who dabbles in digital art, the Apple Pencil has been a game-changer. It’s incredibly responsive, and the pressure sensitivity makes drawing and note-taking a smooth experience. I also use it with the Notability app for quick sketches or handwritten notes—it's much more intuitive than typing on a screen. Battery Life: Battery life is solid, lasting me a full day of use on a single charge. Whether I’m working on projects, streaming media, or just browsing the web, I rarely find myself needing to recharge mid-day. Charging is quick too, especially if I plug it in for an hour or so during lunch. Drawbacks: If I had to pick a downside, it would be the lack of customization options compared to other operating systems like Android or Windows. While iPadOS is stable and intuitive, it can feel a bit restrictive if you’re used to more open platforms. Additionally, the lack of a USB-A port might be annoying for some users, though this is easily remedied with adapters. Final Thoughts: Overall, the iPad has exceeded my expectations. It’s a versatile, powerful device that can adapt to whatever I need it to do—whether that’s creating, working, or relaxing. If you're on the fence about getting one, I highly recommend it. The combination of performance, design, and functionality makes it worth the investment, especially if you're looking for a portable device that can keep up with your day-to-day tasks.

Overall, the iPad Air 4th generation is a good device. However, I have 2 complaints. The need to use 2 buttons to turn it off is a poor design. You have to have just the right touch for it to work and sometimes it takes several tries to turn the device off. I think this is partly due to the buttons being on different sides which necessitates having to use both hands. I don't understand why the one button design on my previous iPad was changed. I'm not sure if the second complaint is a hardware or application problem. Sometimes inbox emails are stacked up to 3 on top of each other. This happens frequently. There doesn't appear to be a pattern as to which emails are stacked. Sometimes when it happens there's a blank space on the line underneath and then other emails are shown in a normal way. When stacked, the emails cannot be separated. You have to delete from the top down. This causes the loss of some emails. I've talked with 2 Best Buy Geek Squad staff and neither one has seen this problem before. I'm making an appointment to bring the device in for them to look at.

I absolutely love this iPad. I am using this more than my MacBook. It is so fast and the display is very nice. I am very happy with my purchase.

Hands down a great tablet!!! This one you can play movies from an external ssd or hard drive. The battery really does last a long time!!

This is a great product. I did some research first and happened upon a good deal. It is lightweight and syncs perfectly with my phone.

I have multiple iPads this was a second I really enjoy it screen is great feels a little different I do like the more square edges personally.

Excellent feature set including compatibility with Magic Keyboard and Pencil accessories. Essentially a baseline iPad Pro with the refreshed A14 processor. Only thing missing from Apple’s tablet lineup is a premium display with OLED/MicroLED technology for those deep blacks. Otherwise, for most users, this is the sweet spot in Apple’s offerings.

Bought it for the wife for Christmas. She was very excited. Her last iPad was the iPad Air 1st generation. The screen size is nice and it was worth it.

Finally updated my old iPad. This one is great. Very easy to use. All of the information from my old iPad transferred over. Great to use.
