The screen clarity is far superior and it is entirely a touch screen navigation without a home button at the bottom of the pad. I feel it is easier to use in general. I bought a nice case to protect the pad. I'm hooked!

But it was very easy to set up and the colors are very vibrant. It seems thicker than my older iPad which is nice because it makes it easier to hang onto. Seems to have more features which I have not gotten an opportunity to use or get used to. But it is much nicer than what I had. So definitely recommend.

Gift for Wife during the Pandemic Lockdown

Amazing this iPad is faster with more features than her older iPad Pro. Migration was very easy as the two Apple iOS products surprising started the migration automatically when the two iPads were brought close to one another. Thanks Best Buy for a great price, great customer experience during a lockdown and for making my wife happy.

Who needs a Pro model when this essentially has a more powerful engine for everyday use and will support IOS updates for years to come? Yeah the Air is missing a higher refresh rate and the camera is not as good as the Pro, but do you really take pictures with your iPad? This iPad is a must buy!

It linked account to my phone that was nearby, setup was super fast. Best price and delivery options on best buy, better than apple store. The charging port is usbc, not lightning like previous ipads. Cable is provided but still you cant use your other lightning cables. Strange since the new iphone 12 uses lightning . So need to keep various cables around
