My husband and I purchased an iPad and were assisted by a wonderful young associate, Nikita. We are pretty tech deficient but he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. This was a big upgrade from my previous iPad which was seven years old, and I’ve been enjoying it thoroughly.

This is a really great iPad. I love the shape and the screen is a real big improvement over the iPad Air 3. I don't love that I had to convert to a USB C port but it is not a big deal at all. I love using the Apple 2 Pencil on it drawing and coloring. It is the best tablet out there!

I'm not a tech nerd, but I am happy with this Ipad the screen is large without being over bearing. The staff from bestbuy & geek squad were great! They help me 100% this made a confident purchase on my part. Trust me I'm not an easy person to deal with, kinda old school here

I have mostly been using my new iPad for digital planning/getting my life organized and e-reading. It has been great to use with the apple pencil. It is definitely easy to use when connected to your apple ID as it is able to connect to your other devices.

I had a iPad Pro ,that I bought over 5 years ago ,my son drop it in 2018 and stop working . that’s how long I been with out IPad . I was concern about purchasing this IPad Air since I was use to a iPad pro,I’m super happy with this purchase it a must buy .love speed ,I’m able to multitask on it .

Great iPad it’s perfectly in my large pocketbook for when I go on trips. Also fast speed. I did have a 12.9 inch pro and went down to the smaller size iPad for convenience however I was used to the battery life in the larger iPad.

Great upgrade from my iPad Mini 4! Not only is the screen size much improved, but, WOW the speakers are unbelievable. Clear sound and much better volume. One shocking thing I have discovered in this new version of the iOS is the ability to actually use a Bluetooth mouse. Very satisfying upgrade.

iPad is very nice, takes great pictures, has very clean/nice graphics and performs well and fast on 5Ghz WiFi. The fingerprint reader tends to be very strict on unlocking but I assume that's by design and can be disabled.

Got this set up for my grandmother. While I dont like Apple products myself, these are easy to use and great for those less than tech savvy. Performance, screen, speakers and camera are all great. A bit overpriced like any Apple product but has their trademark high build quality.

Easy setup, bought this on sale and got an Apple Pencil as well all for under $600! Great buy for a great product. We have total tech support so the prices are usually lower for us than anywhere else especially when apple is also offering specials through Best Buy.

So thin and lightweight. Very happy with my purchase. I should have done more research because I did not realize it did not come with ear buds and the charging cable is different. So now when I travel I have to bring two different chargers for my iPhone and iPad and/or now need to buy an adapter.

Bought this for pharmacy school and I love it! Got the 2nd gen Apple Pencil to go with it. Perfect for notes and light weight. Easy to carry around in my backpack. Never used an iPad prior to this. Expensive purchase but well worth it.

Buying the ipad from Best Buy was easy and pleasant. Buying direct from Apple has become very difficult. The new Ipad works great. Apple products have always been easy to use, and they "Just work" right out of the box. Transferring data from the old ipad has never been easier.

It works as intended and has all the features that I would need as a college student. I typically use it with the pen, so I haven’t really tested how good this thing is with the various keyboards made for it, but all in all its a great note taking tool and drawing platform.

Simply the BEST! A GREAT alternative to an iPad Pro. I had the original 12.9" iPad Pro. I sold it and bought this iPad Air. Took a while to get used to the reduced screen size, but once I did, I couldn't be happier. Lightning fast! A+

Colors are pretty vivid, the only downside is that i was expecting it to be a little lighter in weight. Battery life is really good.

The product is wonderful, it’s been 10 years since I upgraded (I’m 70 so you get it). Everything is so much easier. So glad Austin helped us with this purchase. What a great Best Buy Employee. He was patient, informative and respectful of these senior. Thanks for taking the time.

Decided to upgrade from my 9th gen (I think) iPad 10.2 inch model and this was worth it! I got mine on sale for $399.99 which was an insane deal. The battery life is so much better than my other iPad, it lasts so long.
