I had one for my eldest son and now I bought a second one for my middle schooler. I've been using iPads for a while and I believe are great devices.

Great tablet, not a great fit

We were very excited to get it for him, so he would be able to face time with his cousins. Although we arent an apple family we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Overall we think it is a great tablet, even tho the battery life could be better. We ended up returning it because we arent so happy with the parental controls or lack there of. I think for a teen or adult it is a great tablet, but for our younger child it wasnt a right for us.
