I purchased the new IPad Air from Best Buy, and I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service at Best Buy

Everything is great about it with the exception of the charging cable….i thought it would use the same cable as my iPhone but it was not the case. Outside of that….i do not have any complaints.

This is in a whole other league, love the usb-c interface you link it up with a hub and then plug in multiple usb devices, especially good for connecting music based items, keyboards, audio interface.

Love my pink iPad. I also got the pencil with it. Perfect for note taking and downloading PowerPoints on to. Did not disappoint! Definitely easier then carrying around a laptop.

I bought this IPAD December 2022 and this past week it just stopped being able to charge. I now have to completely replace it because they can’t do much to fix a tablet. Before this I had an iPad 9th generation and it lasted me 5+ years. Something to consider!

The iPad Air is the best thing I’ve purchased in my entire life, I should’ve bought it months ago when I first started college.

The iPad Air was the perfect gift for my sister, she really enjoys it and is able to be more productive with it.

Good product for me who does do anything flashy. I just play games and watch content. It is best for my usage.

The larger size from my 1st gen iPad air did not improve its functional capability and makes it a little cumbersome. The battery in the one I bought is not performing well, much less longevity than my original. The reimagined charging cord is no improvement and more difficult to engage/disengage. Performance wise, it does not pick up Wi-Fi as well, and often closes down streaming apps.

It is very good. My best purchase ever. Would definitely recommend this iPad and Best Buy is the best place for swift and smooth shopping

I have 3 years with my tablet, excellent conditions, stills works the same as when I got it.

I am glad i bought this hen it first dropped, This ipad has been able to handle everything i throw at it, fast . smooth, beautiful.

Daughter loves it. She uses it to color. No mess. Ha. She’s 10. She uses it for extra school work

I’m not at all happy with this tablet , I wish I had waited on the purchase price . I had been looking to get this for a while . It took me and still trying to get it fixed. The switch was horrible from my previous iPad . It would not go on line . The internet I have said it was but yet it wouldn’t work .. the Touch ID is awful . It at the top . I seen no way to restart . To fixed the whole set up.I finally did a reset of. It. But it still having issues with app. It says doesn’t exist . I finally got an update AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS . IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A EASY TRANFER FROM ONE IPAD TO ANOTHER .Maybe I did something wrong . But I didn’t want my storage to transfer . The cloud or from my other tablet . So now I have nothing left . Exactly what I did not want . Wanted all 64 gb .

The Best Buy person that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and very informative and was a fantastic help. Not to mention friendly.

I bought this for my daughter she’s an artist. She draw the most amazing characters and clothing. I wanted to invest in her future a really great buy.

Great purchase! Excellent customer service, would buy again from Best Buy. Battery life isn’t the greatest but it recharges fast.
