    Customer service was horrible. I was told over and over my product would be at my house the next day. This went on for days.

    Love this iPad. I upgraded from my older iPad (from 5 years ago) and it’s beautiful. Purple is my favorite color and the color of this iPad it’s beautiful.

    Love the iPad and the whole Apple ecosystem. Bought this for my child. He loves using the Apple Arcade that is provided by us being in the Apple One Premier subscription for the family. I just wish Apple could make a user interface for children so that they don’t have access to settings and a few other apps
