    The iPad in itself is great but the service I received from Best Buy was horrible. I didn’t realize I needed a much larger screen than the 11”. I was 2 days past the “15 day return window”. So now I’m out almost $500 for something I can not use. I wish I would’ve went anywhere else other than Best Buy to make this purchase bc of their ridiculous 15 day return window when everywhere else gives you at least 30 days min. My advice is buy the iPad but not from Best Buy.

    Love the iPad. However when going into the Kenosha Best Buy. When I told the associate what I wanted he suggested this iPad. I was looking for one that I could get the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pen. The keyboard that he stated I needed was not currently in-stock. Which was fine as I stated I would purchase it down the road. 1 month later I order said Keyboard to find out that the iPad that I have is NOT compatible with the Magic Keyboard and that I would need to have a Bluetooth keyboard which is NOT what I wanted. I send a TON of emails for work and this was a necessity for me! I will no longer seek input from Best Buy associates.
