I haven't used my new iPad yet; I'm still using the old one. I think I'm afraid--not sure why. I don't want to break it!

it definitely gets the job done for school purposes but this is my first ever apple product and i personally feel it just isnt for me. But i can see why others like it

It was great until I had to charge it. Charging port didn’t work out of the box apparently. First Apple product I’ve ever had fail on me. Can’t give much else since I returned it and went with a M2 MacBook Air instead.

Only a few apps on this iPad and now it’s saying iCloud storage is full. Two photos. Telling me to buy storage.

Worst item in my apple eco system… the battery life if so bad. It dies like in 2 hours. But the price is good and i plan on using it for a hot min, other than that, its ok and it runs smoothly

Ask yourself if you really want a pen. Camera could be a lot better. Only positives is its very light when holding and a responsive UX. Apple should include a few accessories at this price. Just feels incomplete and lacking a bit in terms of functionality without the extras and it doesnt make sense at the end of the day to pay what even 3rd party wants. Even if you dont max it out, just get a laptop. The pen, paper screen cover, nice keyfolio will set you back another $300+.

My daughter loved receiving this iPad for a Christmas gift. She says that it works great.

Nice product and color the price is expensive but it is a good quality of product

Okay ipad. I bought it for christmas a little over a year ago. Definitely have issues with the connection to charge it

The iPad itself is great but the delivery process was the experience I’ve ever experienced. I will NEVER order anything from Best Buy ever again. It was my daughter’s birthday and instead of receiving the iPad I purchased, I received some headphones. I went through much trouble trying to rectify Their worker’s incompetence.

It is nice Ipad with good resolution, but sometime it has latency when playing games. It is lighter in weight. Good buy.

The iPad works fine but when I opened the package there was a thumbprint on the apple logo on the back. I can’t help but believe that this was a used iPad…

Great product, nothing really new for the last 5 years. Would be happy for Apple to stop using slave labor.

Installing two apps, some music, and no pictured with a 64GB iPad air, my storage was pretty much full and was slow after one day. I'm not entirely sure why Apple would make a superior iPad model with only 64GB.

Ipad is great, however; the screen went black after less than a month. Would have given 5 stars if that had not happened.

I think it should have a sim slot. e-sim is not available in every country especially for travelers over seas.

I really didn't find this the useful tool I hoped it would be for my graduate classes. It did not replace the laptop for me

Wish they had a zero star rating. It was a great iPad for exactly 6 days. I put it on the charger before I went to bed on the 6th day and when I went to use it the next day it was dead. Black screen. Wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t charge, nothing. Just dead. Then BestBuy wouldn’t take it back unless it was erased which made no sense since I couldn’t erase it BECAUSE I COULDN’T TURN IT ON! He sent me over to, ON MY OWN, try to figure out how to erase it through iCloud. Then of course I figured out that it couldn’t be erased because it wasn’t connected to WiFi. And it couldn’t connect to WiFi because …. You guessed it…. IT WAS DEAD!! Finally some genius on the GeekSquad heard what was going on and offered to look at it. He couldn’t get it turned on but he did manage to get it at least deleted from my account and considered that good enough and signed off on the return. He refunded my purchase and as I walked out the door he was processing the order to authorize it sent to the iPad graveyard. He said what happened to it was rare but he had seen it several times more recently. He said it most likely got fried when it tried to backup overnight and whatever made that happen (sorry I’m not a tech person) was corrupt and killed the processor.

Build quality is not the best, the ipad feels as it's going to break in my hands, it makes weird noises as it has a loose screen and back. I tought that it was a particular problem of my unit but looking in internet the problem is of this model. Don't buy, wait for them to fix these problems.
