Excellent product. It's an iPad with the M1 chip; what could be bad? Good price at Best Buy; FedEx ground shipping had the usual delayed delivery.

I love Apple products. Im not one of those people thst gets a new one just bc it comes out but once mine goes out I’m definitely getting another one.

I have tried to purchase other tablets and nothing compares. The Surface is amazing, but lacks apps exclusive to Apple. I’ll continue using iPads!!

My device had backlight bleed so I ended up returning

I like the color and it does it’s job. Adobe pdf freezes a lot and streaks.

My son wanted the iPad Air for Christmas. He’s extremely happy with it. He likes to play games on it, but it can do so much more than that.

The battery life is terrible. I would recommend just getting the pro.

I originally purchased this item on December 16 for my daughter's Christmas present, it showed that the item was delivered but I when I got home there was no package nor did I get any alerts of anyone dropping off the package on my camera. I contacted best buy and told them and was issued a replacement but I made sure to require a signature, which was good. Well I've been waiting for ipad every since then because my order says delayed and I've made atleast 10 phone calls and over 10 hours on the phone to get nowhere. The agents keep trying the same thing even though I tell them that other agents have done tried, nobody has a actual answer on why it's not changing or available fo pickup. I was hung up on today for asking to speak to a supervisor. I just don't understand why not one agent can give me a straight and truthful answer, I just keep getting led on. It's now been a month and idk what to do???

It’s a wonderful product to buy. I brought this for my daughter for college. She loves it.

I needed a new iPad and upgraded to this one. I highly recommend it. It is so easy to use. Also so happy I purchased it from Best BUY, because they were so helpful in showing me how to use it.

The specific iPad air i picked up gave me bootloop issues, constantly crashing and restarting and I'm still uncertain why.

Didn’t think it would look as nice but turned out better than my blue phone. The color is much more saturated and deeper.

The problem is having to purchase all new charging cords and plugs apple changed charging again
