This iPad , in particular didn’t work as I expected the battery supposed to last , but get wasted really fast not happy with my purchase I will try it to replace it. Is the first time that it happens to me

The iPad will be great. What is unfortunate is that Best Buy dropped the price within 10 days and I did not notice until the 15 day return and price match expired. In todays CX focused world it is completely crazy to have only 15 day exchange policy

Unable to give a review, still waiting for it to arrive. The say it shipped on 12/26 but then it was delayed. And has been delayed since then, with no word from Best Buy. They charged my credit card for the IPad but still waiting.

This was my wife’s Christmas Gift, which Malfunction product was returned. Paid extra to expedite second purchase, which was not delivered on time. Next time I will go directly to Apple Store. Do better by customer.

Best has the worst customer service. Buy items from someone else. There service is some of the worst when it comes to getting a problem resolve. My best buy membership is a waste of money. You are no different then the regular customers. If you buy muiltible items they will only give you credit back on one item. Does not say that. This is rating is not about the IPAD itself just the customer service.

Rating 1. Kept getting stuck during set up. Couldn't even get it to set up fully. Tried to exchange or replace. Then to get the replacement they charged us more!

Product have never been delivered to me anns it was misdelivered to a wrong adress and Shipper (FedEx) already responded the same but Seller (BeatBuy) not refunding or replace the item.

it didn’t update tracking it never came i contacted 100 times and never got my money back or the ipad actually shipped. i’m assuming it got straight up stolen by the truck driver cause that’s insane.

Can't review. You said pickup at store 8/15, but you say it's delayed! If doesn't come in by 8/28 believe your email said it will be canceled which is alarming since I already paid for the item. What advantage is there in being a total care member anyway?
