    Never been disappointed ... neither with Apple products nor with Best Buys offerings. After a great deal of searching across various eComm sites, found the best deal, prompt delivery date and great insight into the product based on the customer testimonials. Wanted to buy only the iPad, ended up buying the Apple Pencil and the Logitech keypad. Had to pull myself off the site ... but I am sure, I will be back

    This took a bit of getting used to…but it replaced my 2015 IPad Air II that was losing battery strength. Of course, things are different [guess they made changes in 10 years]! I do like the “old” way of categorizing emails (as opposed to the “label” approach), because the old way was much easier for me to use it as a filing cabinet system.

    I like my iPad Air. I had an iPad Pro before, but with all the updates this is comparable. I am still trying to get it the way I want. Dictation doesn’t work as well as I would like, so I will go to the store to get help to tweak it.
