I have had many iPads, this one is my favorite so far. I love the apps and how well they work. I got an external keyboard and it makes it easier to use.

Needed an upgrade from an older Ipad. This one fit the criteria of price and utility which I was looking for. I have enjoyed having this newer version of the Ipad for about two weeks now.

I've been an android tablet and phone user for a decade. I bought the iPad Air because I needed access to some apps and pubs that were exclusive to Apple's walled garden. After a couple of months of experience I don't understand the Apple cult. I mean, it's good, but so are Samsung's. On certain functions, like handwriting-to-text (Apple's "Scribble" function), Samsung and Google GBoard are just much better. I was really surprised Apple's implementation of that was so weak. The app experience is o.k. I miss the absence of a "close all" function to shut down all my open apps. Battery performance is o.k., about 8 hours of use, comparable to other tablets. My major complaint with Apple generally--they make it hard for people who have to have a foot in both camps, like those who prefer Apple for a home device but have to use Windows at work (like about everyone who works for a large company or government). Apple Notes, for example, may be a great product on the iPad but it's not cross-platform so I can't really use it. Overall, I'm less than impressed. My professional artist daughter, however, loves hers for the art app she uses, so there's that. But I would not recommend this item for someone not already invested in Apple's ecosystem.

Fantastic product, but I was also impressed with a knowledgable customer service provided by best-buy.

This is my wife's 3rd iPad, and replaces a 6 year old unit. The slightly larger size really isn't noticeable, but doesn't hurt. The various improvements are nice! This should provide her years of good use and service!

The iPad is a big step up from my old one! The Customer Service was the best! Matthew was a great help and knew all about Apple products. He has helped us before too buy appliances.

Love this iPad Air…. It’s lightening fast. Contemplating grabbing for gifts for my other kids, as this was a gift for one.

Was quick to get to me and I’ve been using it daily to read, for games. Not heavy at all and love the purple color.

Great IPad Air, newest version bought to replace an older IPad that would not even accept updates any longer. It seems Apple sets a shelf life on their products, I guess much like Microsoft and their updates after a period of time. Overall, happy with the purchase, nice new snappy IPad with new functions. My only regret, the 11" screen is nice, however the 13" would have been a nice addition.

Wasn’t sure I needed an iPad- but, it has been one of the best purchases I have made lately!! It sure beats carrying around my laptop!!

Excellent for school use and great size as well for convenience.

Absolutely obsessed with my iPad! The only downsize is that I feel like the battery dies pretty fast but nothing too crazy. It's helped me immensely with work and planning my days, especially with the pen which is a must have. I also love getting ready in the morning while watching my favorite shows on it.

My partner love the gift. He use it for work and taking class. If he review the equipment I think he gave 5 stars.
