The ipad is fine but I had to buy it elsewhere. The Best Buy delivery system is absurd. My delivery was cancelled by the local drive and I was unable to reach anyone at the delivery service and after hours on the phone a Best Buy rep finally told my I'd just have to buy it again and trust they would eventually cancel and refund the original order. No confirmation, no way to ensure it would actually get refunded, completely ridiculous. Also you can get it cheaper elsewhere. I'd give stars if that was an option.

The product itself works as expected, but my experience with the price match process was extremely disappointing. I noticed a $100 price drop just a week after purchase and submitted a request using the online price match feature. I only received a partial credit of $17.50 ($18.61 with tax), and the remainder never showed up.
I contacted customer service multiple times. Initially, they acknowledged the issue and said it would be resolved in a few days—nothing happened. Weeks later, I was given a case number and told to expect confirmation within 24 hours—again, nothing. When I called back, they claimed there was no record of the case and told me they wouldn't be taking any further action.
Because of this experience, I’ll be considering other retailers for future purchases whenever possible.
