Nice I pad but highly touted M3 chip and battery life not much different then my last generation IPad.

My son loves it. He’s using it for college and he got the pen which is a plus.

The new Apple IPAD Air is a good product overall. However, the fact that Apple deliberately caused my old device to breakdown on a software upgrade process is simply ruthless and seems like a scam. As an experienced software professional myself, the least I may have expected was for the device to continue working on an older version with limited features rather than deliberately making it die. “Buy my device every nth year if not I will make you do in whichever way I can - Hardware failure, Insufficient storage, Backward incompatible software and what more I will need to be aware of? “ Apple is popular for robustness and more popular for dubious business standards.

Tablet loses charge faster than I expected. My prior tablet held charge just as well.

The box of the item was dusty and dirty a little, but the customer service was good

Had an IOS bug both times, had to come in for an exchange

A great purchase for what I needed - a standalone device for my small business needs.

2 stars for apple technology, if i can place a negative stars for customer service i would do my order first was lost then i called to alert Best Buy CS I didn’t receive my order yet didn’t work then i have to call again although im a total member customer meaning I pay a membership fee, never to mention the hassle to get a rep to answer calls go over the story over and over, get to a supervisor with shallw information can not make a decision finally end with nothing my action shows in this review as well as I'll take my business somewhere else where customer service is a priority

the product is exactly as expected. but the in store experience of this best buy is really awful honestly. for this particular experience i waited for almost 45 minutes waiting for an associate to unlock the case that had the smart folio i needed for the ipad i just purchased. which is insane, why does only one employee have the correct key to unlock a product that im sure sells multiple times a day? in general, this store has just been going down hill for years. takes forever to get someone to help you, all the “demo” units that are out are broken(other than the apple section, because apple would never allow that to happen). if there was a better in person shopping option in town for electronics i would not ever step foot in this store again. just a really bad experience and none of the employees i have intersected with seem to care. chattanooga is a growing city, you’d think that a company as big as best buy would like to have a strong presence but again its a last resort option for me to step in this store. i go in best buy’s in other cities while traveling and they’re beautiful and well stocked and have all the new and exciting electronics out for people to experience and this one is nowhere near that. do better

Very good iPad for kids battery don’t last long but for kids is good

Everything was fine but the box was a little dirty.

It is just ok, settings are some time difficult to deal with.

Thus is my first time using an ipad. Was not informed before purchasing that this ipad operates by wifi not wireless.

This was an open box item listed as “Excellent.” Was delivered after promised time and I needed to buy elsewhere as it was needed at a specific time. I took the item to BB for return unopened but noticed, as it was being unpacked, the charger and cord was missing. How is that excellent? Not what I’ve seen in the past from Best Buy.

Visited my local Best Buy to purchase a tablet to record volleyball games for Hudl. I know nothing about electronics so told the employee what I needed it for and this is what he recommended and sold me. Found out after that this is the ONLY Apple tablet NOT recommended for HUDL and have had nothing but issues using it for this purpose. $800 wasted so do not purchas for HUDL purposes and further….do NOT rely on employees to recommend products

Does what it needs too. Camera not that great could be better.
