I think I will like it once I figure it out. It is just enough different from previous IPad that navigating it has made it difficult.
A bit more introduction would have been a tremendous help, especially for one who has limited experience.

Nice, but do NOT use it with Verizon. They are the worst company to active phones or anything with. They will lie to you and hang up on you, even the supervisors. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this IPad for $599. I picked up the IPad 4/17. Bestbuy then put it on sale for $499 so I contacted Bestbuy 5/3 to get a price adjustment. They said I’m 1 day outside the window and they cannot honor the price adjustment. I have been a long time customer of Bestbuy. I will be deleting my app. Cutting up my credit card and will never purchase anything from them and tell everyone how petty they have apparently become. I always held Bestbuy as a step above every other store for all my electronics purchases. Obviously the customer does not come first anymore. Hard to believe after all the years and all the business that this is how they treat a loyal customer. Cell phones, refrigerators, microwave, vcrs, DVD player, many video games and several consoles, 3 old fashion tvs, and 4 flat screens, a surround sound, a sound bar, a videotape transfer device, a couple vacuums, toys, phone cases, headphones, and on and on. Just hard to believe they stuck it to me after my years of loyalty.

The IPad we bought is great. It’s working well. The service we got at BB was very inadequate. The service trying to buy the item was poor. We stood around waiting for long periods of time only to be told to order it on line. When we finally got the item,we bought Apple care to help with the transition and was told to come back 7 hours later. The product is a good product. I will look elsewhere next time.

I placed my order online and it said it would be delivered by Sunday. My order was delayed and didn’t show up on Sunday. I went into a Best Buy on Sunday and spoke with an employee and they said there was nothing they could do. I went online and it stated that after reporting a delay Best Buy legally was required to offer me a cancellation. I was unable to cancel my order. I reached out to customer support and they said I couldn’t cancel the order or pick up in store and had to “just wait” I needed the iPad for work on Monday but didn’t receive until Tuesday at 7pm. On Monday at 7pm i finally received actual shipping information. Best Buy scams you by providing a shipping code for UPS when the order hasn’t even been accepted by a courier then switches it to your actually shipping code once they receive it days later. They do this so they don’t have to offer a cancellation or return when the item hasnt shipped. One of the worst shipping/customer service experiences I have ever had. I would highly suggest not purchasing online at Best Buy they will lie to you every step of the way.

i got it for recording on garageband. its actually worse than my 3GB RAM 2019 ipad. usbc doesnt provide enough power for audio interfaces reliably, would do a TON of research before purchasing if recording in logic or garageband. if you dont youll start spending a lot of extra money just to get it to work like the old version.

good product, however I would never use Best Buy Geek Squad. They had our MacBook Air for over 5 weeks and returned it after losing it still broken. We actually had to buy the iPad because Best Buy had the MacBook Air for so long and my Daughter needed something for college. You can't actually talk to a Best By representee that's in store your call is routed to a call center that can't help you.

The Apple iPad itself is great, but do not trust the Best Buy trade-in process. I started emailing the trade in team because the day of purchase that I had selected the wrong capacity/color on my trade-in. It took them over two weeks to respond to me and by then the trade-in time had lapsed. I spent close to two hours on the phone with customer service only to be told the only thing I could do was email the trade-in team.I was told that there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t accept my trade-in. Be cautious with Best Buy.
