    Screen technology not as good as Samsung. Had a problem with Ipad not shuttig down completely. Spoke to AppleCare, which tried every which way to do nothing. Finally sent it in and they sent it back. Said there is nothing wrong. A lot cheaper that fixing or replacing device. Will never buy another Apple product.

    Upgraded from a mini to the 11 pro. Hated it for travel, much to heavy and bulky. Returned it, not for me.

    As a long time apple product consumer, I'm disappointed. The USB C cable has only a USB-C end, which for most of us means nothing will plug into it. Luckily I have a pixel phone with a usb cord that will plug into my 2015 macbook. The lack of a headphone jack is a disappointment along with any way to connect one (dongle) which forces me to buy something to use the product. I'd use my wireless beats x, but they have stopped working (another apple product). I'm sure apple thinks they're being cute forcing everyone in a direction, but all they're doing is filling up our landfills and creating more garbage with all of these changes. If they planned on USB C, they should have done it before going lightening and creating zillions of now worthless lightening cords and dongles. now we need yet more dongles for use our zillions of wired headphones. People at apple need to get their heads examined.
