The good, face recognition. No home button. Full screen. Great Camera. And lots more. The Bad, comes with a usb- c cable and charger. Needs a usb-c to usb-a adapter to restore from iTunes. The bad is that this combination does not work. And Apple Support is no help. Many are having this problem and returning the iPad either for an exchange, which I did, only to find the problem still there. or refund. Well the iPad is not defective, for some unknown reason the usb-a cable and usb-c adapter just does not work. You will need a usb-a to usb-c cable which Apple does not have at this time. But you can purchase a third party one at Best Buy or on Amazon, and all will be well. I have owned every new iPad, and this one is well worth the upgrade.

The screen size is perfect and it is so fast!

Wow, there is a huge difference in screen size from the older 9-10inch screens. Having the 11 inch screen adds so much real estate to give you more screen for your money. Also, since the bezel around the screen is much smaller, you will feel like you are interacting with the device much better and holding a screen instead of a clunky tablet. The processor on this iPad is still amazingly fast and more than capable of handling all of your apps and projects. Go ahead and edit some video on this thing and enjoy how fast it is, and how clear the image is. If you have an Apple Pencil it magnetically attaches to the side for storage and to charge, which is way better than the original. The USB-C port on the bottom allows you to attach more accessories like cameras, SSD drives and more which is very convenient. Not enough good can be said about this iPad. If you are on the fence, go for it.

Absolutely Awesome, Best iPad to date

It comes at a premium price, but you get what you pay for. Incredibly fast and responsive hardware (processor and screen), incredibly thin design, and FaceID (which is amazing and incredibly convenient/useful daily).

I have had several iPads over the course of the iPad’s history. I personally think this is the best. I like the larger screen and the facial recognition ability. The processor is fast and the screen is bright & clear. Best Buy had a great price, which was the final reason to upgrade. I’m glad I did.

My wife was quite happy with her air 2 but I convinced her to upgrade to the new 11” pro and she really likes the faster processor, larger screen area and face recognition. Another plus is the new pencil that’s really convenient and feature rich.

Wanted something that was light and portable, yet with a screen large enough to do some serious work, watch videos, and access a Windows or Mac desktop through a remote client. This works perfectly for those requirements.

Slim, fast, larger screen, less border and more memory. Not much to be said, except that it is outstanding. I get positive comments from nearly everyone that I show it to. I reduced the stars because the iPad does not come with a standard USB to USB-C cords. You must purchase a USB cord in order to connect to a PC.

I’m enjoying the size and color quality of this tablet. The sound is also great! I am happy to have gotten the cellular capable version so that I can use the tablet at all times.

Upgraded from 10.5 to 11. Wanted Face ID as I own an Xs. It is a lot faster draw back is that keyboard and pencil from 10.5 is not compatible. Need to spend more money!!

Yes, it’s super pricey and the accessories are not cheap, but definitely worth it. I would have given it 5 stars if the price were more reasonable and if the device would come with a longer cord, or discounted accessories.

I had my new iPad for almost a month. I really enjoy it. I also purchased the pencil for it. It is a bit heavier than the iPad Air but the speed is well worth it. My only complaint is the charging. It take the new usb c and while it charges fast, you can’t get an aftermarket cheap cord or car adapter for it. I have spent 25.00 on each only to take them back and do a lot of research to find cords and chargers (non Apple) that will work. I ordered some from Amazon so we will see.

I love iPads. They have replaced my MacBook for 99% of my uses. iPad OS is fantastic, I recommend looking up YouTube for tips and shortcuts. Appears to be fairly durable unless you intentionally try to bend or destroy it. Bend gate is overblown. Just take care of it. Accessories are outrageously expensive but worth it. Look to online alternatives for better deals.

Had an IPAD a long time ago and decided to go back to it after using a Galaxy for over 2 years. I really do like it..the only thing I don't like is that it does not have the ability to use swipe to write words..have to type one letter at a time

I upgraded from an old ipad which was twice as thick and 3x as heavy. The overall dimensions are the same but more screen, better screen, nice optionally add=ons - pencil and keyboard. Will see if I can take this on work trips instead of my Macbook pro. Hope so.

The new iPad pro is roughly the same size as the old 10.5" model, but is lighter, has a larger and brighter screen, and is noticeably faster working (and the old one wasn't at all slow). I like its shape and appearance better too. It's worked just as well as advertised so far.
