It’s like my mini tv theater it’s so easy and durable to carry around. I can used it as a laptop on the go

My mom has the 12.9” model, and it is amazing. Couldn’t decide on the size. I have a lot of Apple products but I haven’t had an iPad since the original one. This is mainly for me to enjoy movies, Kindle. However, I can also use it to stay connected with my business when I’m away from the office. It has Evernote, Slack, Zoom, QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, and it can scan documents easily, and allow me to access and edit PDF files. From the car, to the hotel, to the couch. Just using this for 24 hours, I’m very glad I got the 11” size. The additional size and weight of the 12.9” greatly affects the portability aspect. If you don’t need PC dependent software, I can see someone using the 12.9” as a laptop replacement. My work requires a PC as my primary workstation. So this is my auxiliary device when I’m not on the regular laptop. Other notes. Loved how easy it was to restore from my latest iPhone backup. Used a “paper-like” screen protector even though I’m not sure if I’m going to use a pencil regularly. Love the feel of it on my finger though. Feels like my old kindle screen. Speakers sound excellent. WiFi is very fast. Very thin and light. Can easily hold with one hand. Used vertically , it wasn’t a stretch for me to type woth two hands like I do on my phone.

This was an upgrade from my iPad Air from maybe 2013, which, while functional, was slow, couldn't run the latest OS, and had diminished battery life. The iPad Pro 2020 is blazing fast, has an amazingly sharp display, an incredibly sharp camera, and some cool gadgets and apps built in. A little on the pricey side, but all-in-all, it is a great piece of equipment and a marvel of engineering. My only warning is that all the free stuff that you get on a trial basis seems to all autorenew if you don't remember to cancel it, so make sure to keep an eye on that if you don't want the extra iCloud space, the TrendMico Security package, the Apple Music trial, etc. The one year of AppleTV+ was a nice touch, but again, keep an eye on cancellation if you don't want to pay for the service at the end of the trial.

I've had eight IPads (work and private) since version 1. This is a major leap for me from my two year old IPad basic. Very fast, clear screen, and is more accurate. The Pencil 2 and Magic Keyboard really add to the usability. I'm impressed.

Great tablet! Some major operational changes from the older models I have owned. Would have been nice to come with an operation manual. Takes time to search answers for operational questions. Unit is light, fast, and has a great screen. Hopefully it will last longer that my 12.9 inch model that died after 2 1/2 yr.

Easy set up. Ease of use. Quality screen. The pen works really well with it!

My iPad Pro is my go-to device for managing my online life. Perfect screen and device size where you get the enjoyment of a large high-resolution screen without feeling any associated heft. Since I purchased this, I only use my MacBook Pro for offline work for my job that requires a larger screen and apps not available for the iPad. Speaking of apps, I have rated this a 4/5 Good for ease of use instead of a 5/5 Excellent, mainly because there are many apps that I use regularly on my iPhone that are not available for the iPad. It is very frustrating having to always lug around two devices just because of this. Battery life is great! I have been using this as a baby monitor for the past month, and the screen is on for several hours without needing a recharge. Love that this uses USB Type-C for charging that many of my other devices also use, so didn’t have to invest in any additional cables for this. This was an upgrade for a previous generation iPad Pro that I owned for a few years. Worth every penny. When this one gets long in the tooth for speed and battery life, will definitely upgrade to the next iPad Pro as well.

Amazing, fast, excellent camera, easy to carry around, equivalent to a laptop

I purchased a new iPad. I’m still not sure if this is the latest iPad or not, but I hope it is. Has many beautiful features, but is not as user friendly as older models. It also would have been helpful if Best Buy had indicated that the charging cord is different, and also if one needs/wants to connect your iPad to your PC, a separate cord must be purchased. I had to call Apple Care to get help transferring the contents of my old iPad to my new one. They were great, but it came down to me having to purchase this separate cord. That was annoying.

We have been purchasing iPad since the early days of this product. The cameras, audio quality, screen... everything is nicely improved since we bought our last 9 inch Pro several years ago. We're happy with this update.

It meets my expectations for an known apple iPad. The camera & display is exceptional.

I love my new iPad! I had to get a new iPad for work because I have two jobs now. I needed a new iPad to complete documentation for my new job as a pediatric occupational therapist. I couldn't do documentation for my new job on my work iPad (for original company). It is a really great iPad!

I'm just not used to Apples. I was ok with this iPad until it froze up and needed restored by the geek squad. It kind of bummed me out so I returned it. That and it was expensive for what I would use it for. I'm glad Best Buy doesn't seem to mind taking things back as long as it's within the return deadline. I guess they don't give the 2 year protection plan on apple products. You get the Apple Care plan instead so after the 30 or 45 day return deadline you have to deal with the Apple company. I was close to the deadline.

Like the tablet. Don’t like you now have all new power cord for no value to the device.
