    This was one of two I purchased for Christmas gifts and my son was SO thrilled! He lives on the opposite coast so having option to go to Best Buy for any problems is a great asset (after purchasing AppleCare). He pulled it out, set it up and began drawing within an hour of receiving, so I won the gift exchange! My husband was slower with his but is now up and running and adoring drawing on it!
