    I ordered an open box iPad Pro 11inches WiFi + Cellular March 29th and the iPad was shipped out 4/4/24. The description on the iPad was latest model. But I received a refurbished iPad Pro 4th generation I noticed it was old when it arrived but just didn’t want to go through the stress of returning it, sadly less than 2month and the iPad packed up, and best buy refused to refund or exchange the iPad because it’s passed the return period. Considering how much I paid for it and how early it packed up I believe there should be something Best Buy can do about it because it’s not my fault in anyway. I took it in store and it was confirmed that the screen is unresponsive and won’t come on even with the charger plugged in. I am really disappointed at bestbuy because I got scammed for real.

    I bought this iPad Pro for my grandson who is goin into college. He wasnt happy with it because battery did not last him long. I wanted to return this expensive item, but BestBuy has changed their return window and made the terms shorter. I AM NOT HAPPY with BestBuy.
