I love the Apple ecosystem. I love how easy it is to have pictures, text, messages, and anything I need easily transferred from my phone to my tablet. I’ve replaced my laptop with the iPad and I’ll never go back.

I bought this iPad on day 1. I was absolutely hyped for the new OLED screen. It exceeded my expectations, until I used it with the lights off. Now, I don't always use my iPad in the daytime. Sometimes I chill at night, with the brightness turned down, while I'm watching a movie or playing a game. When I did so with this iPad, I saw "grains" and uneven specks on the display. I noticed this very easily within the first few days. Some users speculating that there is a "panel lottery" in effect. Some folks luck out with excellent screens that have imperceptible mura. Others aren't as lucky. And of course, some folks use their iPad in bright environments where they will never notice this problem. Unfortunately, I was saddled with a very poor screen, and I notice this problem every time I use the iPad at night. It's honestly disappointing, considering the OLED was one of the main selling points of this iPad. Frankly, I would have returned this product but I missed the 15 day window. The only thing I can do is recommend for anyone looking to buy this product: wait a few months for panel consistency to improve, or see if Apple releases a software patch that may (or may not) minimize the issue. And if you do buy one, test it extensively at home, under different lighting conditions and settings. This is an expensive toy that should make you happy, not give you a migraine every time you use it in low light conditions.

Device was in pristine-like condition. Pick up was seamless and service was great. Best Buy knows how to deliver amazing service, quality, and care when it comes to tech.

Absolutely ecstatic with this purchase. Color quality, processing power and the User interface are great. It’s particularly good for note taking because of the Voice memos transcript feature which I use to summarize lectures.
