    I purchased a laptop for my wife to give as a Christmas present. It is sealed and I asked about returning after Christmas, if there were any issues with the product. Was told NO. 15 days and no exceptions. Not wanting to wait because there could be supply issues I purchased item. Not getting sucked into warranty. Not happy Best Buy!
