    For non geeks it is somewhat difficult. And tech support was lacking severely.They told to go to Apple direct when they couldn't solve screen upside down issue. Also, they try to hurry you along too much.

    I love Apple iPads, but this iPad Air didn’t do the trick for me. Functionality is great, but it’s bulky and heavy and killed my wrists to use. I ended up returning it and stuck to my iPad Mini. Great product, just not for me.
