The product is ok !! Customer service was horrible

Product was in great condition. This is a poor rating on Best Buy’s part. They did not include the original box, which was fine, it happens with open boxes that are in excellent condition (says in the fine print) but the original charging cable was not include. It was an aftermarket one. Very disappointed in that. I recommend buying it new.

It’s great I just prefer the MacBook Air or MacBook Pro

This product is absolutely stunning! The battery life is amazing the speaker quality is amazing and the visuals on the screen are absolutely amazing!

I have been to AT&T where I bought the phone and geek squad. Both referred me to someone else. The closest Apple store is a hour and a half away.

It is very different than iPads we have owned. I am having trouble navigating it and am probably going to return it.

I did not like it because they did not tell me that it did not come with a charger

How to use and I need to go to a class to take advantage of its uses. Please recommend where I could go for a class.

I really wanted to like this ipad. I've been looking for months. I finally got it and while I like it, it doesn't compare to my buddy's new Tab S8. Both are 11 inch screens and both have 128 storage. In a comparison they are both super fast. Couldn't tell them apart. But... the S8 allows for external memory. He put another 128 storage card in to make it a 256gb device. His also comes with an spen and it works super cool. Lots of features and it didn't cost him an extra $130. And finally he showed me Dex mode and it was really cool. Imagine if your ipad could switch between an ipad and a macbook. His can do something similar and then he hooked it up to a 27 inch monitor and had an amazing desktop. Not a mirror of his phone but it transfers to a desktop computer. It's like getting an imac, macbook, and ipad all in one including extra storage and a pen. I ended up returning the ipad and got the tab s8 and I couldn't be happier. $150 cheaper and tons more storage.

I purchased this ipad pro as upgrade to my ipad 2018 model. This ipad is advertised as being able to upload pictures via usb by just plugging in and pushing import. Plugged in and could only see pictures using file but couldn't download them, on my old ipad i could download the pictures.

Not a fan of how it has alot of power but its crippled by its UI

It is a very good iPad but the battery goes down quickly.

I need to get service on my Mac, since after three weeks of buying it, the screen have a problem. went to bestbuy, and they don’t find me in the record me buying on the 18 of June. I believe that I didn’t got a receive neither. Please I need help with that. Thanks

Unauthorized online purchase. Reported to bestbuy and the bestbuy credit card center right away but someone still able to pick up this product a few hours later.

worked for one week. Called geek squad they said would call me back within 12 hours. Never called me so I have to bring it back to the store since I had to make an appointment. Have not been able to use

Loves it she loves it so much doesn’t want to put it down it was cheeper than we thought that was a plus and got the key board as well with it as well as the case cover

The worst tablet I bought return it back the next day if you love the iPhone 13 this is for you otherwise I was Skip it go for a Galaxy tab S8 you won't regret it

Don’t use it. Can’t connect it to my phone plan and I had no idea until recently so I’m stuck with an iPad I can only use in my home for the most part

Says it was delivered but could never locate the package & I still haven’t been refunded for my purchase… this is ongoing for a month now
