The FACE read entry is WONDERFUL! The size of the onscreen keyboard is also a big plus. Having tremors has been a big problem for me on every earlier computer I have used. This one gives me much better key entry space. I am still in the process of learning new processes. There are many I haven’t tried yet and excited to learn. I would like more readable instructions/directions in print form to come with the hardware. Having to go shop for a manual was frustrating but necessary for me. Still learning how to add my old applications on the new screen. The setup help from the technicians was good but want to learn how to do it myself so I don’t have to take time to bring it in.

Would be more satisfied if it had more of the functionality of a MacBook since they technically have the same processors now. No other complaints. Works well, very smooth, and as always with apple products, seamlessly integrates with my other apple devices
