Best Ipad ever....

The speed, clarity, and brightness of this ipad is incredible. I really enjoy reading books and magazines. I downloaded IOS 11 beta and it is incredibly fast. With pro-motion apple pencil is really a useful tool that I use in many ways. The new "Files" app gets this machine really close to replacing a laptop.

I use it for my artwork and if I use it all day the battery will die by the end of my 8 hour work day, but for casual surfing for a few hours a day it lasts me a good 3-4 days before I need to recharge. Would buy again.

Not a laptop

But really, if you are already an owner of an iOS device, you really already know what you are getting. As much as Apple tries to tell you that it can replace your PC, it can’t. IOS devices are still iPods of different size variations. As a large iPod, it is great. You can type and do a bit of word processing or email. You can do presentations or spreadsheets. But the iPad in any size is still a tablet, no matter what Apple tries to tell you. So it excels at watching videos or listening to music, or checking your email, but that’s about it. The 12.9 size makes for great video viewing, but makes it feel awkward. I returned mine for the 10.5 version, which better fits my use. It’s the best performing tablet for what it does, but it’s no replacement for a PC.
