Great product... Wish they would've updated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this ipad at the end of august knowing that I would be heading to medical school and needed another screen source. I then realized that the new Apple announcement would be coming out in the next few weeks. So I decided to wait and not open my ipad for 3 weeks waiting for the new announcement. Come to find out that they created 3 new phones and watch, but no new ipad even though this ipad hasn't had a new update for almost 2 years. It was quite frustrating, knowing that I NEED this right now... but probably within the next 6-10 months, they will come out with a new model.... The product is great and functional for my needs. I don't have a lot of time to play around with all the extra features other than medical school related items.

I decided to update after my old old iPad was rapidly deteriorating in performance after many years. I am enjoying the Retina display and the 12.9" size. So much easier to read. Loving everything about it.
