Brand new but had some nicks on top. Factory defect, not Best Buy's fault. Chose to keep it despite the small cosmetic damage. Love how this iPad works! I will always get the iPad Pro, not going back to lower ranges of iPad.

I purchased this for school. I love being able to use and application like notability to hand write notes on top of PP slides downloaded into the app. I also have 3 of my text books on the device. My backpack went from 20 pounds to 8 pounds.

Great Product feel, screen, ease of us so far as I switch IOS from being total Windows & Android user. Wish these new electronic tablets / computers came with documents / manuals as search the net for exactly what you want can waste a lot of time as there is too much out there as well as too much useless YouTube Tutorials by "want a bees" .. Would like documents / instructions directly from Apple on best method to use and learn their product.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas. He is coming out of retirement and needed a light weight dependable tablet for his new adventures. As we are now of a certain age, we need to catch up on how to use all that the iPad Pro does and seems to do all so well.

This is a great little tablet for those who like thin, efficient, clear and quick internet and working speeds. Thsi replaces an older Ipad and it has several improvements (my wife tells me) that really make using it worth the price we paid.

The new iPad Pro won’t stand you down!! This new version takes the best from the last iPad and makes things more comfortable. The no button allows you to have more screen to work on. And the Face ID it’s the future. Work perfectly and faster than ever

I love this Ipad. It is so easy to travel with and easy to use. I just put it in my briefcase and it doesn't take up as much room as a regular laptop. Also, I love not having a home button. I just swipe and am ready to go. The face ID recognition is amazing.

I use my iPad Pro for notes at work and school and it’s super convenient for me!! Keeps me organized and bigger screen to watch Netflix and live videos! I definitely recommend it!!

Best Ipad yet, as far as I'm concerned. I love the bigger screen. Easy on these old eyes of mine. Also, the ability to be able to use split-screen when you need to open two different apps simultaneously.

Great buy! My youngest is into art and drawing and absolutely loves drawing on this iPad pro. The pencil is great and the new way it charges magnetically is awesome. Homework is a breeze and all apps work really fast. Very satisfied with this product.

I’ve owned 3 iPads and I’m glad that I decided to upgrade to this one. It’s replaced my laptop for the most part. I love how fast it is as well as how smoothly it syncs with other Apple and non-Apple products. Def recommend.

After using this iPad for a short period of time it is obvious that it is a step up from the previous iPad Pro, I love face ID and gestures are even quicker, I only wish there were better keyboard options and a mouse. Even so it is definitely my laptop replacement. I got this is an open box and it was immaculate, however it did have the new operating system Downloaded, so I’m guessing that it was a beta version that was a little buggy at first but once the official update happened everything was great!

I bought this I Pad Pro for my wife because she sells on eBay and Offer Up. She loved it! Easy to use and the screen is nice and large. Better yet, she was able to use it like a register at a recent boutique sale. Overall 5 stars ⭐️!

I was concerned that the size would be prohibitive for mobility. Much to my surprise I found it be very mobile, I was able to use it for photographs, utilize as a laptop on the run very functional. The best addition was the magnetic keyboard.

Ipad Pro is an amazing piece of technology. I use it now more than my MacBook Pro for light task's, news, and entertainment. It's magnetic so I can use it on my refrigerator for cooking. The 12 inch display is sharp and reading books is an ease.

I love having this as a graphic designer. it has been such an aid in creating illustrations and type. it is also extremely handy as an extra screen to watch movies and shows on! this has been my favorite ipad generation

I bought this iPad because it has all the functionality for me as my MacBook Air. but also has the touch screen and is an actual mobile device. The Liquid Retina screen is ridiculously sharp and clear, especially great for streaming.

Bought this over Xmas. Wasn’t too sure if I would use it daily but it’s been the complete opposite; it has been my daily driver with iPad OS I can do a lot more than Apple OS. Helps a lot with demos no need to bring a laptop.

I have been using this iPad Pro 3rd Gen for more than a month and I really like it. The screen size is no comparison to other iPads and it’s great to watch movies and videos. Very cool looking with thin bezel. I am glad that I bought this.

Apple has made another incredible iPad. I came from a 10.5” Pro. I like the larger screen with the smaller bezels. Battery seems to drain faster for some reason - even after turning off background app refresh. Hopefully the updates will fix it.
