This is my second iPad Pro. I purchased my first one in February, the 10.5-inch version, and it was excellent. My wife continues to use it. I purchased the original iPad Pro, after playing with a demo of the Procreate app, because I wanted to use it as my on the road sketchbook. I am a watercolorist, but the iPad Pro quickly became my go-to creative center. It did not take long to realize that a larger screen would be a plus, but I was bound and determined not to replace a new device with an identical, but larger model. So, of course, Apple came out with a larger, faster, sleeker iPad Pro. The 12.9 inch is actually smaller than the predecessor but it has the same size screen. The new processor is incredibly fast. It has turned me into a cloud user — especially for photos, I would like to be able to do more with the Photos App, but I also have an iMac desktop where I do most of my organizing and editing. The larger screen has been a boon for my painting and sketching. At about the same time that I purchased the new iPad Procreate released version 4.2, which is even better than 4.0, so I don’t know how much credit should go to Apple or to the app developer. The combination is “creative catnip”. The iPad and the App both have more layers than the average onion, and I’m still only on the surface (not the one from Microsoft...) with both, but the quality and performance of the iPad Pro have not disappointed. Did I mention the INCREDIBLE screen quality? I’ll discuss the new keyboard and Apple Pencil in separate reviews. Buy all the memory that you can afford!

I purchased this Ipad strictly for my Korean lessons. This is my third IPad. They all work quite well. I would have given it 5 stars, but it takes longer than the other older ones to start and the battery doesn’t last as long as the older ones, However, I would give it 4.5 stars. I am happy with the amount of storage and its capability. I look forward to my continued lessons and waiting for my Korean keyboard from Korean to add to this purchase

I am thrilled with the iPad Pro! In my opinion, it is a must have along with the Apple Pencil. No regrets. I upload photos with a card reader attachment and edit them easily. I am just getting into art and it’s much less intimidating on here than on an actual canvas. Playing games, checking out social media and surfing the net are so easy. Disclosure: I purchased an off brand keyboard/case to save money and I don’t have any regrets with that either.

As a photographer and artist and photo editor this larger size iPad is great for me.

This is such a great product. Easy to use, log in updates easily, light weight fully functional computer. Takes fantastic photos and videos streams flawlessly. I use mine for work and personal use and this is so great. There are many accessories for this and while adding the smart keyboard makes it slightly heavier at least its protected and is useful. I only wish there was a way to keep your fingers from smudging the screen causing you to constantly clean it. I didn't get mine with cellular data not seeing a need. After using it, I thought using my iPhone as a hotspot would allow me to use google maps live or Waze but it won't. Only regret of the purchase otherwise I love the screen size. Great buy and perhaps in the near future I would buy the latest version but not so sure if its that much better than this one. As I mentioned this one is powerful, fast and has lots of storage space.

I bought this iPad for my wife who is attending Grad School. She is a costume designer and is constantly drawing and rendering and so this is the perfect device for her to transition from paper to electronic. She has already found a few useful apps that help her match her drawing skill and help her design and create. I don’t think we would have purchased this if it was just to have a tablet, but the graphics and amazing response with the Apple Pencil totally make this a smart buy if you plan on using it daily. Also, with the new OS you are able to pair so many more bluetooth devices such as a mouse, or when I borrow it, an Xbox controller for video games. Great battery life with amazing visuals and the speakers are amazing if you are watching anything on it. We also decided to purchase the 512 GB because she wanted to make sure she does not run out of memory on the road and we are also not subscribed to any cloud service, so in the long run we will save a few dollars.

Newest iPad is more powerful, looks better, and is lighter. Expect to have to buy new charging accessories though as it diverges from the lightning cable. I bought an apple 29w and it charges to full in like 1.5 hours.

After owning several Apple devices over the years (iPhones, iMacs, MacBook Pro), this is my first iPad. The size and quality of the screen is nothing short of impressive. It's fast, responsive, and easy to use. Face ID and the USB-C port are great new features to have in an iPad and make the device relatively future-proof even in a time when technology changes so quickly. I'm looking forward to the new iPad OS which should make this even closer to a laptop replacement when combined with a bluetooth keyboard.

The iPad Pro 11 is the best iPad you can buy right now. It may be expensive, but the recent iPad Pros have Apple's most powerful tablet and furthers the 2-in-1 design ethos if you spring for the pricey new keyboard cover folio. It has a laptop-like experience in design and performance, and the new Apple Pencil magnetically clips onto the frame of the new iPad Pro. With superb speakers and a great new screen-to-body ratio, it's hard not to fall in love with the finely crafted hardware design.

The newest iPad is worth the money, great graphics. The edge to edge display is outstanding and a great addition. The unit is very light. Set up was simple and very straight forward. Face ID works very well. The battery life is very good as well. The pencil is easy to use and work the money. Have not tried the keyboard yet. Highly recommend and if you have an earlier iPad, you should take the plunge and purchase this one, it is outstanding.

Bought my first iPad Pro 3rd gen 12.9 in March at 256GB. Found an excellent deal on the 512gb so I bought it and selling my "old" one. When it comes to apple the more the memory the better since you can't upgrade. Anyway, on my initial purchase in March I was a little apprehensive to get such a huge screen thinking it would be awkward to hold, but it definitely isn't for me. I can understand if you're a grandma with arthritis and can't hold anything for a long period of time but it's definitely not cumbersome. I've watched a ton of videos prior to purchasing and that made me second guess myself but after I bought it I am glad I bought this over the 11 inch or 10.5 inch or whatever the smaller version is. It takes maybe a day or two to get used to but you'll enjoy the extra real estate of the bigger screen. I've read everything about this iPad prior to purchasing since I have a perfectly fine iPad Air 2 (which I gave to my kid) and didn't NEED to upgrade but I've been extremely happy with the purchase. I know all about the bending and other things that have been shown in articles about the iPad Pro but I haven't had anything wrong with either iPad since I've had them, plus AppleCare is a must regardless since their warranty is so good and cheap compared to repairs without it.

This iPad Pro model steps up and then some. I love its look, feel, size of screen, space, and speed. I have to say this has been a goal of mine years before iPad was even invented: to draw on a monitor screen with a “pencil”, bring my art, music, and shows with me wherever I want to bring it all in this awesome package.

My wife has been using an iPhone 7 for awhile now and I decided to upgrade her phone to the 11. Since she uses her phone for reading books and I've seen her squinting at the screen, I decided to go ahead and get the iPad Pro 12.9" model as well for Christmas. I originally got the model with 256 GB of memory, but the better deals came out and I got the 512 GB model at exactly the same price. Best Buy had no problem with the return of the lower-memory model. The iPad Pro is, in fact, quite large, the screen has excellent definition and was extremely easy to set up, just as the iPhone 11 was. My wife has had a fairly low learning curve because of IOS, which has made things easy, since I'm NOT an Apple guy and things are all in the "wrong" place for me at this point. Yes, Apple stuff isn't cheap, but the iPad has worked extremely well so far, is fast, and my wife love it, which is a pretty good testimonial.

It had been about 5 years since I had purchased an iPad, so to say the versions had changed and upgraded was an understatement. I made sure to buy this one with the most space for my movies and songs. I also like the size of the screen and ease of operating the iPad.

I have been a fan of the ipad since the beginning. This one is fabulous. The last one has lasted 10 years, but no longer updates. This one has a fantastic screen and i now watch movies on it too. I also added extra space in order to have it as long as possible. For a price of course. Still it downloaded immediately, no glitches. Has been used every day, ever since. Highly recommended. It is an awkward size for carrying on planes and other travel, (note I have never used a laptop, just iPads), so I purchased the standard size recently. I tried to return to Best Buy for one, but there is nothing on their shelves. Ive been empty handed several times this summer.
