Probably used it less than 20 times for reading and I am so upset about this brand new device! Half the screen goes black for absolutely no reason!!

Missing important part!

It did not come with the original box nor the OEM Apple charging cable. A generic USB-C cable was inside the shipping box. The charger was scratched up. When I went to return the item, Best Buy return department lady told me the iPad Pro that was shipped to me is a refurbished one. Buyers beware.

Beautiful, but really heavy!

I also had the magic keyboard with mine which also heavy. I returned the whole setup. I'm going to get a regular iPad like my old one, but with more memory.

I also discovered that it really didn’t serve my hope of replacing my laptop with an iPad; found that some of my software/apps worked better on a laptop. That being said, I would have liked this iPad to have met my needs, but also question the battery charging issue or did I just get a lemon?

difficult to maneuver

No syncing allowed!

The pad won’t even show a battery symbol when connected to a USB port on several Macs. Don’t buy!

Open box not labelled correctly

It was an open box listed as "excellent-certified" but upon getting home I noticed a raised bump where the pen attaches. It scratched my apple pencil and now I have a scratched ipad and pencil. First time I'm not happy with the "excellent-certified" from bestbuy.
