Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the 12.9 pro to allow me to work in the field more for minor video editing and future photo editing when Affinity photo comes out for mobile devices. I have not had a chance to use the heavy editing, but the Pro is fast enough to handle the 4K video I shoot with and I believe this will be a great device for editing quick and simple videos (anything more complicated will have to wait for Final Cut on the desktop). All other apps work great, and I am loving the large screen and 4 speaker audio. Big improvement from the other iPads.

Best thing to do is to go play with them at the store first, really look at what you can and cannot do with this and make your decision based on what your needs are, not wants. In my case this covered both and I'm just lucky. But like all apple products it's expensive but you get what you paid for, plus the guys at the Apple Store are great and will walk you thru everything. Get apple care it's worth it!

At first it seemed the size might be cumbersome, but it's been great for streaming TV and movies - am glad I got the 12.9" display.
