Unfortunately we had one of the iPad that came in bent. Apple wouldn’t fix it

Loved it but it died after 4 hours of used. Well battery did not the ipad. Using procreate and sketchbook are light programs so I know it couldnt have been those that drained the battery so I tested it. Let it run on low light with no programs and it still died within 4 hrs so I returned it.

Great product, second iPad Pro I had to buy for work. I bought one back in August and a second one last night, both purchased at my local Best Buy in north Spokane Washington. Except when I bought the second one it was a little over $200 more for the exact same iPad. Customer service was bad, employe was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the price difference. I called Best Buy’s customer service line and they were very unhelpful as well and told me to go back to the store because there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointing when you spend this much money at one specific store and they were not willing to look into or do anything at all or at least seem to care. Definitely will not be purchasing any thing from this specific store or Best Buy in the future.

Really apple, you can’t include an adapter in the box?

Everything about this product is great, the camera is nice, the screen quality is nice and the size is perfect. It's now capable of signing contracts/documents, taking notes, editing media, and so on. I will recommend it to a friend.

Broke after one month. It powered off for no reason and would not turn back on. If it did go on it was when attached to power. This could last 15 minutes before it happened again or not last a second. Now it’s my problem. No back up from Apple, wait only after being read my Miranda Rights. Then I could send it in to be Analyzed. It may be fixable or I will be sent a “like new” iPad in return. I didn’t spend $1,200 for a lemon and in return be sent a “like new” iPad in return. No more Apple products for me.

These new iPad Pros do not work with many screen protectors. Apple has yet to acknowledge the problem and without a list of ‘approved’ protectors I decided to return until this is resolved.

I use it only 1 month for daily use but the back has already bend. There must be some problem on the material!

IPad Pro is a excellent electronic devise. I like all the features and the big screen. Videos are very easy to watch.

It is much more than I need. I should have gone with the surface pro .

I haven’t even had it a year and yesterday I got the red low battery screen of death. The iPad will not restart/come on/do anything. I am going to try to see if Best Buy or Microsoft or except under warranty since it is less than a year old it is a GEN-3 iPad Pro.

I don't like the new ipad is only got one thing for the earphones and charger that really bad

Love it been using for awhile now, only wish it had usb c so I can get ride of the old cable.

I've had iPad's in the past and always ended up selling them or trading them out for other tablets, because I never used it. Since I picked this iPad up, it's hardly left my hands. My biggest complaint previously was not having the edge-to-edge screen which is now fixed. It runs super fast, graphics are great, and it's an iPad otherwise. It could be better if they would make an OS just for ipad or maybe integrate a type of MacOS into it so it can do more than limitations from the apps. I also picked up the apple pen and new smart keyboard - love them too and feel they are "must haves" with the new ipad.

I purchased this tablet yesterday. As far as function, it works perfectly. Size, screen, speed, and operating system are all state of the art. For the consumer, it all comes down to money and intended use. As a tablet, it has it all.

APPPLE - great product as ussual. Very fast and powerful.
