    Received chipped craked dirty iPad. More like fair condition should have been a completely different orice and not advertised as something it wasnt

    Don’t buy it for the Ram or the Thunderbolt 3. Both are not any faster than previous model. The display is fantastic! Only blooming is noticeable when you set it up in a Test environment not real world use. All Apps and file transfers are just as fast on my old Pro (Sometimes Faster)…. Until Apple updates software it’s like owning a Lamborghini with a 55 mph governor. Very disappointed.

    This tablet is extremely overpriced for what it can do. IpadOS (even with ipadOS 15 coming this fall) is far too limited. You can’t hook this thing up to an external display. You can’t use a video conference software and use another program at the same time. You can’t plug in headphones. Does it look nice? Sure, but its so thin that the battery suffers, so battery life is just okay, not great. Do yourself a favor amd skip this. Get either a surface pro 7, or a regular ipad. It’ll do the same exact things this one does.

    The item I got was not the right Ipad, I wanted the one with Wifi and Cellular, didn't realize till I got home that it was the wrong one. I took it back this past Sunday and tried to get the right one, I was there for over an hour waiting on someone to help me. I was told to go to the cellular dept by returns. I waited there 30 minutes only to be told to go to the computer dept. I waited there another more than 30 minutes only to be told to go back to the cellular dept. I waited there another 15 minutes then left. You are about 30 employees to short. I use to really enjoy shopping at Best Buy but no more, I actually hate it now. Kid in the computer dept looked to be about 10, I ask him what Ipads they had, he tried to find it on his phone for 15 minutes but didn't know how to do it, then just sent me away back to the cellular dept. Only 2 people working there with a line of 6 or 8, most just walked away.

    Love the iPad but Best Buy-not so much

    This rating is about the service at Best Buy and not the iPad. The iPad is fabulous. However, it was a gift and when i returned to Best Buy to have my data transferred and trade in my old iPad as is for what is claimed on the website, I was told it would cost me $80 and instead of a credit toward the iPad, I would get an in store credit against a future purchase. Not to worry. I will not need the credit since this is my last Best Buy purchase. There are too many places to buy online or hello Apple store.

    I have been waiting for the second ipad pro which I bought for weeks. Totally unacceptable. Do you just want me to cancel the order and go to Apple directly? Just unbelievable re the lack of communication from Best Buy other than to say it is pending. Your chat room was also absolutely no help as your chat person could not access any information. Disappointed is not the word. I need this resolved. Thank you as I respected your organization...but no ore. Jeff Brabec

    Recently tried to register my iPad Pro within the 30 day window for AppleCare plus only to find out that because it was a display/open package that the product is not eligible for the program. To make things worse it was originally registered 5 months before I bought it making my normal warranty expire in 7. They tried to sell me the AppleCare and Best Buy hardware warranty at the time of purchase, I declined. Did they know?

    Service sucked. The guy who was helping me had a nasty attitude. I was looking to buy a keypad he told me ...I don’t have the key why don’t you go to someone else with an attitude like I committed a crime just asking for his help. This guy should get fired. They should have better PR training. You guys just lost a customer. I went to the next guy and he was worse. I made a complaint to the manager.

    This order was fraudulent. This criminal opened a Best Buy account and financed two of these ipads in my name through progressive leasing account that was also in my name. Luckily I caught this before they got a hold of the ipads and had them Mailed to my address. I returned them To the nearest store and they handled my return perfectly,

    Ipad Pro offers transfer from android but after no less than a dozen attempts, calls to both Apple and Best Buy, as well as geek aquad appointment, the transfer does not appear to actually work. Very disappointing.

    Purchased it open box, so I knew there would be a 50/50 chance it would be in good condition. My husband used it the next night for a concert for his sheet music and the screen blacked out from that point on so I returned it.

    Not very happy with Beatbuy. Have had over 10k tied up since Oct 2020 on a Kitchenaid range that I cant seem to get and the mgr of the store cant even find anything out. I ought to take this to small claims court since my money has been tied up this long.

    The 2021 IPad Pro 12.9” died less than 30 days after purchase! Very disappointing!!! The second Apple product that has died in less than 2 weeks!!!!!!

    iPad only worked for 10 days and then went totally dead. No replacement product was available so a new one was purchased from Amazon.
