Purchasing the item I bought was easy on line. Picking up the item was OK. I felt it took way too much time for the employee to retrieve my order. The system first would not locate the item even scanning the barcode on my confirmation and notification that it was ready for pick up. After a while he found it where it was supposed to be but said it was packaged in a strange box he had never seen before. So no we have the item in our hands and he cannot check it out on the system because the number or codes on the box is not matching the number. I am the one that suggested we open the packaging and then scan the item box inside. He told me he could not open the external packaging. Only I was authorized to do it. So I said let’s do it. We did, he scan the actual product package and I was set to go. About 20 minutes for something that should have taken at most 5. I was the only customer on the pick up line.

Graphics are amazing, fast and easy to navigate. As always Apple never lets me down.

I love my 13 inch iPad and so easy to use. Just perfect.

I picked this up for note taking, debating between an 11" and 13" was an easier choice for me since the 13" was equal to a legal notebook which I typically use in my folio. Between this and some of the more common apps out there in combination with the Apple Pencil pro and its squeeze process for changing the function is amazing. Using it for only a few hours made this well worth it. The digital notebooks is amazing and something I wish I did prior but the new 13" air has bene the breakthrough I have been waiting for and highly recommend.

My daughter is thrilled with this iPad and the pencil. Much bigger than I thought and quick delivery!

Amazing! I love working on Apple. I have used my MacBook never had an iPad and it is really cool. It’s basically a huge phone. It does everything my iPhone does and syncs with all my devices. The only down side is some of the functions on Google workspace aren’t available so I still use my MacBook for those reasons.

Fast. Definitely a great upgrade over previous ones. Worth every penny

I wanted to get another device for personal use because I am no longer using a laptop. This device is light and convenient to carry. I purchased a case for easy carry. I like this over the laptop because easy to clean. I know this or will serve my needs very well.

Great display. Great processing speed. The new fingerprint button is not nearly as convenient or reliable as the older models.

Love my iPad. Its worth getting the larger one than the smaller one. If you are a creative person then its perfect for artwork, procreate and other things like it.
