I shopped at the Best Buy store and talked to friends and a rep from the Geek Squad and finally decided to upgrade to our first Apple desktop. We bought the I Mac with the 21 inch screen and are very happy. There's been a bit of a learning curve but we're coming along and I love the screen quality, the speed of the machine and the wireless set up. Between the "all-in-1" unit and the wireless connections, our room and the desk it's on look 100% neater.

Easy to use, large screen, fast, efficient, clean looking and sleek.

This iMac Is outstanding it is great i will never ever go back to a windows pc this iMac is so fast.

I have been purchasing mac books for several years now and have found why they are so loved. I went through PC laptops like water when I switched to Macbooks (and yes kicking and screaming) I was sold as soon as I turned it on. I love my macbook but miss the convenience of a desktop. So I did my research and found great reviews on the IMac 21" but still probable spent another month doing more research. I finally broke down and bought it and I am in love. The already installed programs make starting some new creative projects easy. It was was an easy install and had it set up in less than 30 mins. The keyboard and mouse that came with the computer were amazing and that is usually the first thing I upgrade. Not needed here. I did buy the separate super drive but I am still old school and need it, you may not need it. If you want a quality desktop computer that will make you question why you are still using PC go with the IMac it will rock your world... Not sure it will but always wanted to say that.

Even at the entry level for Mac computers you are getting a powerful machine. With a quad core processor and Intel iris pro graphics this computer is capable of running powerful programs and has multitasking support. This is my second Mac and my first one still runs good and is almost 10 years old. I got this Mac because of the great sale during the holidays and just felt like it was time to upgrade to run more current programs.

For being the standard screen the screen is huge... Very fast and great deal with price match

I've had other Apple products. This is my first Apple computer. There is a bit of a learning curve, after having PC's for over 20 years. This thing is very impressive, and very fast. The picture is amazing. As my son and daughter in law say: Once you go MAC you don't go back.

I am a recent convert to Mac computers, but I wish I would have made the switch from PC to Mac sooner. This computer runs so much faster than our old Dell desktop and we have not had any issues with the operating system. I love how seamlessly it syncs with our iPhones.

I must say it has taken me about 7 years to finally make an Apple iMac purchase! Price definitely scared me but I bit the bullet and purchased one! Best investment ever!!! It runs great and the graphics are phenomenal! I know this will last me a long time & it will come in handy as my daughter uses it for her homework & projects because her school only use Apple computers. Super happy with my iMac!!!!

We purchased this iMac because my wife needed a home computer. We went with the higher end 21.5 inch model as she does some photo editing and I play some games. Thus far it has worked perfectly for any of her photo editing needs and I have been able to play most of my games on high settings (i.e. DOTA, Diablo III, Skyrim bootcamped). This however is not the case for big graphics juggernauts such as The Witcher 3 which has to be played on Low settings. My only major complaint is that it only has 8 GB of RAM and not 16 GB. Normally this would not be a problem long term but unfortunately these models are not user-friendly for RAM upgrades which is unfortunate. However, if 8 GB is plenty sufficient for your needs, then this is a nice computer.

As a user of PCs for years I researched long and hard over my decision to convert to IMac. I was surprised to amount of quality and capabilities I could get for the price. After opening the box I plugged right in with the only cord the computer needs and set up in minutes. The computer only took a day to get used to as a former PC/Microsoft user. Now I will never go back. I love this computer!

Great computer fast speeds, graphics are very clear upgraded to this from a HP wanted a all in one hated the extra tower that would take up space. I bought the external cd rom drive also because I'm still old fashion and want a disk and not totally digital yet. My hp printer was also plug and play so thankful I didn't have to locate the disk and it installed all the drives for me. Great buy

We've had our fair share of PCs and have been debating on making the plunge to a MAC for a while. I'm so glad we did, it runs smoothly and they don't get viruses. We're hoping this last for years. We also debated between the 21.5 and the 27 inch but chose the 21.5 because of the cost. Once we got it home it looked way bigger on our home office desk than we thought, so it's perfect size!

Set-up was a snap. From unpacking to setting up the accounts and getting online took me literally 5 minutes. Everything was so self-explanatory and easy, no manual was needed (only a little familiarity with computers was necessary). Unit is very well designed and user-friendly. Great price at BestBuy too!

Apple products have been suggested to me for years, and I resisted making a purchase because, well, I was simply comfortable with the familiarity of PC's. An Apple "techie" friend offered to help set up this computer if I made the purchase. From start to finish (minus transferring a rather large iTunes account from my old PC) the set-up took less than 30 minutes. One cord to plug in the monitor/hard drive. One mouse. One keyboard. The picture quality on this 21.5" screen is A+. Icons are extremely user friendly. The bookmark page is layed out in a simplistic, visually appealing format. Retrieving documents, uploading/saving photos, and printing are all a breeze. Each day I learn a new feature on this computer, and am excited to continue expanding my knowledge of all this Apple iMac has to offer. What on earth was I waiting for, this truly is THE best thing since sliced bread!!

This latest version of iMac with Yosemite far exceeds my expectations. Fast , reliable and no glitches so far. Comes with keyboard and built in speakers.Visually Beautiful. As fast if not faster than notebook.A must buy. Best Buy price on sale beat any Apple distributor. Best Buy was indeed a best buy!

My wife and I purchased the imac recently to be used as our primary home computer as we already had a laptop for more portable use. The design of this machine is absolutely incredible as is the ease of use. We have used mac in the past and prefer the interface. So far we are very pleased with our purchase and I am sure that we will continue to enjoy this product for years to come.

This is my first Mac and I will never go back to a windows computer. It is much easier to learn than Windows 8. It is very used friendly. The screen quality is amazing. Even though they cost a little more than a Windows PC, it is well worth the extra money.

Last year, I purchased a MacBook Air, and was amazed with its performance, sleek design, and lightness. When it comes to the iMac, it's performance and sleek design is exponentially better. this Mac looks amazing on my desk- very stylish. When using it, it works like a champ- it can handle large file transfers as I bombard it with my hundreds of GB's of music. Great purchase!

I have never liked Macs. But work environment required I use them. With iPhone iPod and iPad at home and an aging laptop I went to look for a replacement all in one pc. They're all junk in comparison to this iMac. For the pc lover in me I installed windows but rarely use it. It's a nice all in one package, love the keyboard and mouse, screen is clear and readable with bright light from patio door. Using a cheap external DVD to load those things when needed but haven't needed after initial install of some items. Really everything an average user needs is already there. No power supply brick. Cost was right. Very well made. Should have done it years ago and am considering air for work after getting used to this. So many nice software features. Very happy customer. Bigger screen is nice but this one is plenty for my use. Wonderful well designed computer!
