Definitely recommend any apple product to anyone. Very user friendly, easy to navigate every program. I have a mac book pro that was purchased from best buy in 2007, which I still use daily. This one was purchased mainly for homework assignments as well as Internet browsing. I am very pleased with the product.

Great computer with great specs. Spec out a Windows machine with similar spec as this IMac and the prices are close. I was raised on Windows but couldn't tolerate Windows 8. Making the switch was easy and I find the OS to be very intuitive. This was the final piece in completing my Apple ecosystem. I'm glad I did.

Like many other reviewers on here, I find this computer to be amazing. I was a lifetime Windows user and loyal to Dell, and then decided to switch to Mac when I purchased this iMac. I tried Windows 8 and 8.1 and they are awful. A lot of my friends have Macs, and I love my iPhone, and plus, the iMacs are so beautifully designed, that it was hard to resist. This computer is so quiet you never even hear it running! It is fast and runs seamlessly; when you turn it on, it is ready to go with no waiting. It never slows down to run things in the background like Windows computers do. The screen is so clear. Not only do photos look great on it, but you will not get eye strain from using Word or other programs on it all day. There is of course a learning curve when you first switch to Mac, but once you start learning everything, you will not want to go back. Macs make everything easy, and I learn something new everyday on this computer. The only thing I don't like is that the USB ports are in the back, so it's kind of annoying that you have to reach around to the back of the computer every time you want to plug a flash drive in. But, I think they did this for the design of the computer; it's so thin that you wouldn't be able to have USB ports on the side. I gave it a 4 on reliability simply because I've never had a Mac before so I don't know how long they last. But really, if you're contemplating or hesitating making the switch to Mac, go for it! It took a lot of convincing for me, but once I got this computer, I was sure!

We've had two laptops over the past 7 years regular PC, windows driven, one was horrible and other was above average and got tired of always looking every 4 years and to keep purchasing basic software and antivirus protection every year just to run the computer. Spoke with several who LOVE their Mac products and have had same computer during those 7 years so thought spend a little extra now and hope pays off in the future. So far my wife loves the ease of working with photos and the speed of the computer along with the upgrade decided to go back to desk top because we mainly need a computer for emails, now have smartphones to do that so no need to carry a laptop every time leave for a vacation. Love the large monitor and the functionality of the mouse. Still learning much about Apple but so far not have buyers remorse.

Lifetime PC user decided to try a MAC this time since I love my iphone. I would have to say I'll be an apple user from now on. Product setup is simple, only 1 wire total which is very nice. Pages and numbers are a little different than Word or Excel but very user friendly. Overall I would 100% recommend this iMac

Got this to replace a computer for my mothe in law. Extremely easy to set up and instal / attach all extraneous components. Extremely easy for my mother in law to use. Great graphics and fast.

This is my first Mac and it is great! Not nearly as difficult to use as I thought it would be. I feel more secure than I did with my old PC. So glad a friend convinced me to go Mac. The design is so elegant Looking and takes up so little space on my desk. I am sure my next one will be a Mac also.

This is my first Mac and I think I love it. Like many others, I have relied on a Windows based computer for my home office for years. I decided to give Apple a shot & spend the extra $ so hopefully I don't have the same issues that I have come across with other brands. I have only had it for about a month and am still getting used to the OS, keyboard and mouse. I love the screen size and sleek look. My only complaint so far is that it doesn't have a built in DVD drive. Given some more time and user experience, I think this will be a 5 STAR computer for me!

Switched to an Apple MAC after having used a windows computer for many years. I think I will need classes to show me all the things my MAC can do. I am a senior citizen and learning new things is more difficult. I love the large screen, the wireless mouse and even the new wireless keyboard. Initially I thought the small keyboard would be a problem, but have adjusted to it well. I look forward to learning new skills on my computer.

Excellent product. Plenty of speed and memory for years to come. The AC wifi is awesome...super fast using both bands. Only gripe is if you do want to upgrade the ram on this model you would have to take it in because it requires removal of the motherboard and various other components.

We are an Apple loving family. iPads, iPhones, MacBook Pro...I know that I love Apple so when we needed a desktop for the office I wanted to make sure that we got the best. I had to decide between this size or the larger screen, but for my desk this was the perfect decision. I am completing my Masters degree & like having the I option between my laptop & desktop. My husband loves it as well! Fast. Reliable. & aesthetically perfect! I only wish it had the trackpad because my desk is glass and the laser of the mouse doesn't work on it, but I can buy it separately. I love that everything it comes with is wireless (minus the monitor of course), especially the keyboard!

I purchased this all-in-one iMac to replace my 2007 iMac which had gotten really slow and bogged down over time, not to mention it was just about out of storage. I love the new slim design of this one and it's very fast which is nice. A couple of things I didn't realize before I bought it were: 1) Apple decided to take the number pad off of the keyboard. 2) Apple decided to take the CD/DVD drive out of the computer. I'm one who really uses my number pad so I will be keeping my keyboard from my previous iMac. It's a bummer that it won't be wireless like the new keyboard. I may eventually splurge and buy the Logitech wireless keyboard for Macs. And as for the lack of a CD/DVD drive, I've been hearing that's pretty much how computers are going to be made now and going forward. It's not a huge deal since software can be downloaded online, but it was nice to have it for burning a music cd for my car, and also watching a DVD from time to time. Overall, it's still a great product and I'm grateful to have it.

Love this computer. Its fast and works great. It works well with my other apple products. No complaints.

Okay, I am a Mac girl. This is my second IMac and was thinking of getting an Apple laptop but I already have an IPad and didn't need the portability plus this was a great deal at Best Buy. In 5 minutes from taking it out of the box I am up running and printing. Had this been a Windows purchase (which really aren't cheaper in the long run) I would have still been trying to get the dang thing running. Plus a couple years from now and the blasted Windows pc would get infected with multiple viruses and then crash. Apple stuff just works and keeps on working. My original IMac is is 6 years old and works like new. I bought this for my "snowbird" home.

Former longtime wintel user. Moved to MAC following another HP/wintel crash. I should have done it earlier. Great system , price a bit higher than what I came to expect with other systems , I have confidence that reliability, ease of use and overall performance will balance out.

Another great Mac product. It looks fantastic, works slick and it is pretty compact. The only slight dislike I have are the ports are all out of sight on the back; fantastic and clean for permanently connected things like drives and printers but at least a minor hassle for infrequent things like the SD port - good thing those are infrequent issues but it would be nice if the SD slot and maybe one USB port were more accessible.

This MAC is amazing! IT was sort of on sale both at Apple and Best Buy at the time. However, I decided to purchase it a BB since Apple would give a $100 Gift Card but, you still had to pay an extra $100. At BB it was $100 and some change cheaper without the gift card. Really saved about $200 purchasing it at BB. It works amazing, I am a college student and I cannot stop bragging about how amazing it is. It has no hard drive if you're looking for one with a hard drive I believe the other model has it. Did I forget to mention--So easy to setup! Gives a beautiful touch in any desk space with wireless keyboard/mouse. Takes up No SPACE at ALL.

Graphics are gorgeous, screen size is great. I had a Mac before, so I knew what to expect as far as easy set up, quality, etc.

I love the large screen. The response is fast. I'm switching from PC to Apple, but I was ready for it. I'm still learning the fine point of IO X which does a number of things differently from the PC world.
