Love the iMac. This is my third one. At first we missed the card reader on the side. But it doesn't take long to train your hand to reach behind and find the slot, and in fact we added an external USB/Card reader which is even more convenient than having the slot on the side. After a little time using it this way I would say it's preferable to the slot on the side. No disk drive. Seems a little premature, but the truth is we and the industry as a whole seldom use them anymore. I think it makes sense to eliminate the drive. For the minority that still need them regularly you can very inexpensively add an external drive. We have other computers with drives so it is not a problem for us, and quite honestly I believe it won't be long before the industry quits using them in most applications. I do feel it's a bit unfortunate for those that still like to buy their music on compact disks though. Other than that it's an Apple. Great computer. I feel Apple is superior to PC in most ways, (not all) but then again we use our Macs for work every day. If it wasn't for our work needs I would find it hard to justify the extra expense for a Mac. Though I would still want one. Apple since their beginning: has always raised the bar in the personal computing industry. Though I'll admit in recent years they have lost some of their leading spirit. So should you buy a iMac? Yes if you can afford one. Do you need a iMac? Basically a PC can do everything a Mac can and in some cases more, a Mac just does it slightly differently, often time better, but not always better.

The set up was easy and everything was included. I did not have to purchase programs and spy ware and security - all was included! The keyboard is real easy to use. Real happy with this purchase and definitely worth the money.

Great purchase choice. Had a dell for 15 years and switched to apple. Love the speed and easy maneuvering. Would recommend to anyone. Was a challenge at first learning quirky differences between windows and apple, but love it.

This is a really nice computer. I usually use a macbook and going from that to this is really nice. I know you can't beat portability but if you don't need a mobile computer this thing is the way to go. The screen is really large and has great resolution. I was even amazed that the internal speakers are so good. They almost sound like Bose. The only issue I see is that the keyboard battery dies about once every 2 weeks but I fixed that by buying a mobie apple keyboard and mouse charger. Highly recommend. Great fast computer.

I was a die hard PC fan for years until I started doing more sophisticated "stuff" with my computer. After purchasing two separate PC's that I had to return to Best Buy because they kept crashing (despite having a ton of memory and the fastest Intel processor available), I finally took the original advice of the Best Buy salesperson and bought the Mac. It took a bit of getting used to, but it is stable - has not crashed once - and I am productive again. I am a Mac convert and will NEVER go back to a PC!

Switched from Microsoft to Apple and glad we made the switch. Apple products seem to be more user friendly for a beginner like myself. Bonus that all our Apple products sync together. Little pricey, but worth the money.

I love my new IMac. I replaced my old MacPro laptop with it because I now use my IPad in place of a laptop. The IMac is very user friendly and I love the big screen.

Apple products are the best in the business to me. The 21 inch screen is very nice. The processor speed is very fast if u have the right internet connection. The only down on this product is that it does not come with a cd/DVD drive but u can purchase one for a little more money. Overall it is a good product and Best Buy had it with the lowest price

The iMac Air is a great laptop for travel and quick access use. Goes to sleep and turns back on very quickly. Battery lasts across random use for 2 weeks. Performance is quick, graphics are sharp. A very nice laptop.

I am a long-time mac user. This new desktop provides the added speed and processing horsepower to get the most from the Yosemite operating system and new application. The shift using the Migration program was a snap.

love the screen size and the clean look. simple set up and easy to use. looked at a comparable PC and doesnt compare in build quality or looks alone. plus i am not a fan of windows 8, so this was a very easy decision

I love my new Mac. It runs extremely fast and is incredibly easy to use. I was a bit hesitant to jump from a PC to a Mac. One month later, I'm disappointed I didn't make the switch earlier! The learning curve was less than a day and it's fantastic to own a computer that is so simple yet performs extremely well. My favorite part is the monitor & overall simplicity of design. I highly recommend this model.

For me, I was replacing a late 2006 Apple iMac that I used at home for email, information, some shopping and trip planning. Moving from a 17 inch to a larger screen has benefitted my failing eyesight and with one gig of storage for my music, documents and photos, I now have six times the room; a virtual local cloud. With cable wide-band this is my computer for the present and so far as I can see into the future. I tried a touchscreen Windows laptop, because it was one fourth the price. Frustration, frustration, frustration. Apple products just work in every way you want and need.

I love this computer. Ive been using the new iMac since it came out and got this one for my son. The speed, the accessibility, the screen make working with a variety of applications easy and productive.

Best purchase I made this year. I was hesitating on switching from PC to Apple format but am I glad I did. The machine is simple to use has a sleek design and a super sharp screen. I highly recommend it.

Still using both Macs and PCs in my office it never ceases to amaze me how simple it is to get your mac up and running out of the box. This one is no exception, and it is beautiful to look at of course.

Been in the market for a reliable desktop now that my kids are doing more and more homework online. Debated buying the Macbook... but decided on the iMac so that we can set it up full-time in the office, without distractions for the kids. They love it! Having owned all types of Apple products (iPhone, iPod Shuffle, iPod Touch and iPad), this iMac exceeded my expectations once again. From the crystal clear monitor, easy setup (just plug it in!), to the wireless mouse and keyboard... glad we made the purchase... looking forward to enjoying this for years to come.

Upgraded from an older iMac and found it to be much quicker and very responsive. Not happy that there is no CD drive, but an inexpensive CD player fixed that problem. All in all very happy with it.

Not only does it look great but this Mac has handled the titanic workload I have heaped within it. Nearly a year of using this sleek and deceptively simple looking machine for, not only, general use but also Art and Photo editing, Music production programs and DAW's, video and editing, as well as my studies and all the papers and research stored for that purpose. Overall, the best computer I have owned considering the amount of work I use it for.

This is the easiest computer to install and use. It makes windows systems feel obsolete. Plug it in and it is working. It found both printers the network and remotes easily. Didn't need to go through all the painful steps with other platforms. Display quality is great, ergonomics simple and the integration with the cloud, iphone, ipad and other windows machines with quick and simple. Easy to find files and a dream to manage pictures. Big box is gone freeing up desk space and room on the floor for our feet. Printer interface is simple.
