Easy set up and user friendly once up and running. Keyboard is a bit small and mouse takes some getting used to. Otherwise, great computer.

Just pull the beautiful computer out of the box and plug it it. From there you are all set. The Retina display is spectacular and allows you to see pictures and videos like you’ve never seen them. Very fast machine and tons of storage for photos and vids.

While it’s never been the most impressive machine in Apple’s lineup, the 21.5” iMac has always proven to be a good balance of cost and performance. Considering the quality of the display and the cost of comparable monitors, there simply isn’t a better all-in-one on the market. For enthusiasts it helps to know that the HDD is a standard SATA drive, the RAM is not soldered to the logic board and the CPU is socketed. While none are EASY to replace, someone particularly determined to save some money can upgrade these components easily.

For the price, you really can’t beat the iMac when it comes to multimedia. The graphics are outstanding, and connectivity a breeze!

I purchases this Mac due to my last Mac dying. I was worried it wouldn't be worth the money. But once I got it home and set up I already knew I made the right decision. This computer is great, the 4k display is so crisp its unbelievable. And the screen size is large enough I can watch something from across the room in my recliner while the Mac is on my desk. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a desktop computer.

Good computer Love the size and graphics. For some reason it is slow processing some apps. Could be protection software on the computer.

I was originally going to purchase the 27” but ended going with the 21.5” instead and honestly, it’s a much better fit for my desk. I was afraid that the 21.5” was going to feel too small but it actually feels quite big. I went with the 4K version because I personally can tell the difference with the display and it bothered me. I had previously been using my iPad Pro for my schoolwork but wanted a desktop as I am now doing all of my schooling from home, and my iPad is just too small.

We had a desktop many years back and once the laptops became more practical and affordable, the desktop become history. Recently me and my wife are working from home due to the virus and working on the laptop was ok for some work, but after a while it was a bit difficult due to the small screen, but with this iMac and it screen size and awesome picture quality the work has become more comfortable to do. You never go wrong with Apple products. I would definitely recommend this iMac.

Easy setup! Easy to use! And I love that when I login to Apple devices it automatically downloads my critical data from the cloud that eliminates a lot of rework of setting it up manually! Since the new Mac will be used for routine items, I went with 8GBs but it is still fast for its purpose (browsing, email, documentation and calendar work). I’ve never had a single issue with any of my Apple devices so I look forward to getting a ton of mileage from this new addition to the family!

For daughter's Christmas. Loves it. Perfect picture and easy to set up for someone who isn't tech literate

Computer isn't as fast as my old iMac. Startup is much slower. It wouldn't allow me to migrate music I bought on CDs and some music I bought from Apple Music. It doesn't have a CD drive so I have to buy an external drive that writes. If I buy an Apple CD writer that is another $80. The picture is good. Im not crazy about the latest update of OS. Im not sure I will buy another Apple product. Planned obsolescence.

I switched to a MacBook Air 5 years ago and recently, purchased a 21.5" iMac. After being a Mac user for these past 5 years, I needed a larger system for my office, but still use my MacBook for portability. Before I became a Mac user, I had purchased 3 laptops in 2 years with bad hard drives. Since making the switch, I've not had to spend money on IT services. Love my Macs!
