Love this iMac. Retina display is really clean and crisp. The Intel Core i3 is enough to help get things done.

I have always had a PC and was leery to work on an Apple computer. The I-Pad have been easy to use so I decided to give a chance. It was the easiest to setup and I didn't have spend too much time giving my information since I had an account. I love the fact that I can turn it off after working on it but I don't have to shut down the programs. All you have to do is turn it back and pick up from where you left off. The platform is so much more organized than a PC. I'm glad that I made the purchase.

I am in love — I am already planning to get the 27”. This 21” monitor is not small at all. Great for work, responds well, clean, classy. I just wish that it comes the magic keyboard 2 (the one comes with numeric keys) you will not regret getting this. I have macbook pro, macbook air, ipad and iphone — this is my first iMac —you will really love it!

I’ve been using apple products for a very long time. I bought this iMac to replace my still working one from 2007 (which I kept as a second computer). I decided to buy the 2020 version even though I knew they were coming out with an entirely new one this year (2021) because I needed it for work and was afraid that my old one was going to fail. But I’m good with my decision.

We love this computer. We are retired and not computer savvy but we are thrilled with this ! It is smooth and pretty easy to navigate, it has everything we need. There iS always help right at our finger tips. We also had a very knowledgeable young man to how us everything about it at the store. He was awesome! We feel more secure it’s Apple products than any other. We feel like we hit the jackpot!

I was told to bring my old iMac in for trade on a new one...ordered a new one, brought my old one up to the store to find they would not take it in trade as according to them it did not have enough built in memory. The iMac being traded was a mid-2014, 21.5" model. I told this to the salesperson at the time of my order and he said no problem. I'm disgruntled as a result.

Extremely happy with this purchase suggested by a Best buy manager. Fast, sharp and dependable, Very different experience than my Windows/Dell computer, esp. in relation to SUPPORT!!!
