Love my iMac. This replaced another that I purchased in 2011 from Best Buy. The old one never gave me any problems but in order to load TurboTax, I needed a new release of the operating system now supported with the 10 year old iMac. The old iMac is now with my daughter and the new one works great. I got a good deal with Best Buy too.

Great price on an iMac...fast and able to run most software. Only issue is that the ram is very difficult to upgrade...

Very neat 4k retina. This is my 1st imac computer and had a hard time downloading apps, cons-unable to download apps since most apps required M1 chip. This doesnt have m1 chip. Overall, good for my zoom class

Wait for m1 iMac redesign. Stay away from the intel versions. Switched to a MacBook Air m1 mode and it obliterates the performance of intel model for hundreds less with WiFi 6 support too. Bluetooth is not v.5 and the webcam is hilarious. i3 processor is a joke though it’s a quad core. Sure the 4K display is nice, but no True Tone and WiFi 6 in the updated 2020 21.5 model was missed opportunity. You will regret purchasing this once the iMac m1 redesign is announced.

My 10 year old iMac was slowing up. Finally after much examination and questions...I realized I needed the new one! It is great! No beach Balls (-:

Love this iMac! It works for what I need it for, which is schoolwork, internet browsing, and listening to music. I love how it works with my other apple devices for seamless productivity. For those looking for a new iMac, this is the device for you.

It's a nice computer but for beginners. But it's not an expensive one. Just want add my review to Bestbuy. It was amazing to deal with them. Thank you for the experience. Electronic products only in Bestbuy. The store manager is very professional and all the professionals.

Amazing product with great accessibility for newcomers with a simplistic OS design and the newest processors with the line of iMacs has shown increased speed and multi-tasking

user friendly I especially enjoy the connection to my other Mac electronics. The only thing I'd like changed is the keyboard. I'd like to have a full keyboard with a number pad.

Only issue i have is the hard drive...i had a 2010 imac and the drive was 500gb..this 250gb drive is causing me to make some changes but i can deal with. Its a faster machine hope i can get 11 years out of this one.

Had a MacBook Air and decided to purchase the iMac. I am very happy with my purchase of the iMac. Love the large display screen and the overall use of the iMac computer. Very fast speed when using the iMac. I would recommend this computer!

This computer has been good for school. It allows several windows open at once without slowing the processing speed. I also like that it now has a cable to the keyboard! No more batteries! I do not like that the mouse’s right click option is either no existent or I haven’t figured it out. To copy and paste you have to click on the top of the page to copy and then once again to find the paste option.

The sale price on this computer was great and it was in stock The set up was easy and it transferred everything from the old computer practically by itself. The purchase was easy and the product is awesome
