Need to read up on charting. Numbers is a little different - will have to use the templates. So far, have experienced a function or two are a little different. Over all, very satisfied.

The computer works well. I had downloaded contents of old computer to an external hard drive. This expedited set up by Geek Squad lady, Skylar. She was professional and friendly.

Excellent computer for many uses. If you want to edit photos or even some light gaming this is all you’ll need. The video comes out crystal clear on the 5k monitor!

The screen is awesome. I can open 2 browsers side by side and each browser is still big enough for me to be able to see the content with no problem.

Upgraded from a 2015 27"iMac (they last very well and are great gifts for family or to resell) and couldn't be happier. The SSD (while smaller than the traditional standard 1TB harddrive) is incredibly responsive. Upgrading the memory to something other than Apple's rather small 8gb is fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this for all type of business and personal applications, especially since many many people are working and schooling from home these days. The large screen real estate is a vast improvement over the smaller 21.5" iMac and I believe is definitely worth the extra money.

This open box 2020 iMac was just what I needed for the future, as the new Macs cannot run x86 Intel versions of mainstream Windows, which I require as well. It only came with 8 GB of memory, but the $200+ I spent for another 64 GB was far cheaper than Apple’s $1,000. The internal 500 GB internal SSD was small, and an external NvME 2 TB drive and ThunderBolt 3 enclosure were an added $340. Now it will meet my needs for another 6 years as my older 2015 iMac has done until now!

My IMAC is a great PC. I have added Parallels to my PC so I can run two operating systems to it. The two operating systems are Apple and Windows 10.

This is my first Apple iMac computer. Very happy with it. My speed has more than doubled compared to my previous computer. Again very happy with it.

I knew what I wanted. The iMac was not in stock and had to be ordered. There was some confusion on on the arrival date. Unfortunately Best Buy does not allow customers or their Best Buy Call Center to call the store to confirm the status of their order. After being told by the Best Buy Call Center it would be another week, I received an email from Best Buy Anchorage stating my order was ready for pick-up. The item was in a plain brown box that had no visible damage. This security feature made for a safe and easy transport.

One of the best computers I’ve ever own, this device is definitely worth every penny, very luxurious and the speed on this thing is amazing!

An exceptional computer for home use. It performs very well right out of the box and is a dream to set up. The 27” iMac can be upgraded to a maximum of 128Gb RAM simply by pushing one little button on the back of the case for access to the RAM slots. Then simply plug in the RAM modules you want. I added 16Gb to mine in less than 5 minutes. Apple provides a plethora of useful software applications FREE of cost through the App Store. This is my third iMac over the last 10 years and the build quality still amazes me along with the usefulness.
