I wanted to get the Mac Trash Can, but beginning prices are @ $3K and this is just not the right time to go splurging. This ended up being the best price for the power. And it was a perfect time to buy since they just released the iMac update and won't be releasing another for awhile. This way I won't drop over $2K only to turn around next month with a new version in stores! Great to get it at Best Buy because their protection is awesome.

I've been switching slowly from PC to Apple via my iphone and my husband's macbook pro. I just took the dive off the deep end with this computer. The screen is ridiculously amazing with crazy depth and saturated yet realistic color, fantastic for my professional landscape photography and for crafting gorgeous presentations. The large storage is great for all my photos and presentations (over 30K photo library) and also since i'm old-school and paranoid so not a fan of remote (cloud) storage, i prefer backing up at home with my own hard drive. I'm still learning old and new tricks but it has been a sensual pleasure with the visual rewards so instant and incredible. I also love the sleek all-in-one look and no wires and tiny keyboard and yes, mouse. No touch screen when you love what you see in all its detail and glory--no oily dirty fingerprints on this screen! So to all slaves to beauty, both in terms of screen display, and in terms of product, have at it. I am so glad i took the plunge--working with my own photography and seeing images of all sorts from the web--is a revelation and a joyride with this computer.

This iMac is phenomenal. I use it daily for work and entertainment. I never have an issue with performance and the display is one of a kind. Do yourself a favor and pick up one of these.

Upgraded from a circa 2008 MAC which was absolutely perfect. This new MAC is perhaps purchased a bit too soon as we run into issues with the OS10.11 El Capitan. No drivers for the Dell laser printer. Some sites work OK with Safari others Firefox. The slight differences in the new op system take some getting use to. The keyboard without a numeric pad isn't great and the mouse doesn't fit our preferences.

The screen is huge. I can look at many different things at the same time. Great for photo editing! Crystal clear image. Tons of space for large photo files.

Great computer. I already upgraded the RAM to 32 GB. It is super easy and cheap, to do yourself. Apple actually tells you how to do it under the "About this MAC" Header at the top (select memory tab). Monitor picture quality is unlike any other monitor. The only downside to the monitor-you cannot put it in target display mode. If you want to just use the IMAC as a monitor, it will not work with the newer 5K displays.

It has been years since I owned a Mac and this computer is totally amazing.The detail on the screen in out of this world. Its quite and fast you won't regret this purchase,

Great computer we are using for business and home my kids love it because its fast and I love the large screen.

I am old time (Vacuum tubes) so if I call this a monitor, excuse me, this is an “All in One” device. The clarity of the screen is fantastic and this is basically what this item is about. As far as the rest of the unit, the unit is quiet and cool. The storage space is very good and system is fast. The screen real estate is large enough to do multiple apps with no crowding. It seems to be easy on the eyes. Our kids talked my wife into going to iMac so we bought this Apple – 27 and now when the kids (which have been Apple forever) come over they are envious they say it is a great unit and will be getting one.

Apple does it again. Amazing screen and blazing fast. Couldn't ask for a better desktop.

The ease of use, the fantastic screen size and resolution and the speed makes this the best desktop I've tried so far.

This is the best computer I have ever purchased. I love the 5K display. Starts up in just seconds compared to my windows computer which takes many minutes.

Absolutely the best all in one desktop out there. vibrant display with clarity that is almost unbelievable. I compared the Mac to many other all in one desktops and the MAC by far is the better choice because of the faster processor and resolution of the monitor. However, Mac is more expensive but it is well worth the extra cost. Overall quality is superb.

Love my imac! Fast upgrade! Big screen is a huge plus! Does take some getting use to!

Purchased the iMac 5K to replace a older powermac. Wow what a difference in performance. Well worth the money just for the gorgeous 5k screen.

I have been very please with this product. The screen is large and it is fast. I am still learning how to use it as it's my first time on a Mac! I was very pleased to figure out how to right click on the mouse! I do find that I need the number pad and the keyboard does not have it on the side. That will be another purchase I'll be making very soon!

I had been debating on which type of computer I would like to buy after it decided it was time to replace my late 2009 iMac. It had served me well and I loved it, but I wanted tl see if I should stay with OIS or go back to Windows. After extensive research and testing, I decided to go with the latest from Apple and I am glad that I did! This machine is super fast! It looks great and I love the 27 inch screen! It takes less than 20 seconds to reboot, and the display is mind blowing!
