    The Apple product itself was excellent, and I’m using it. The problem was the Customer Service. I had a coupon that I could’ve used toward the purchase. Secondly while I was in the store and I asked for help, I didn’t get it. Sad.

    The material quality is poor. It starts shredding soon and the electrical wires inside are no longer protected by the insulating material.

    Bought for my CarPlay. It works awesome as of now and one should go for it instead of buying non Apple cables. I could feel the difference between Apple and non Apple cables.

    The product did not last very long, the cord eventually tore by the lightning connector.
