I love my product I will buy more things from bestbuy

Didn’t send me half the products, finally sent them and they sent the wrong items. It arrived past the month return window so they refused to let me return it or send the correct items ordered. Absolutely ridiculous customer support. On hold for hours and hung up on multiple times.

Nothing works with an Apple product like another Apple product! I do wish the charging cables were more durable.

It worked for 2 weeks strong then the connection wouldn’t work if my phone wasn’t placed a certain way. Had me hopeful the first 2 weeks now I’m back to square one.

Charging cord does what it’s made to do. Wish they made one only a couple of inches long don’t always need 3ft

Does not hold up after much use. Loses the connectivity on a regular basis. Have better success for less cost from other sellers.

I always thought that I needed to buy Apple cables but they don't last as long as the off brand cabled cords and just aren't worth it.

It worked for like 2 weeks and all of the sudden it just stopped working. I’m not blaming BestBuy for the product but Apple went completely downhill. I even took care of it and everything and it still doesn’t work. Yet I use my off brand charger I had for two years, almost falling apart, and it still works. Guys maybe don’t buy apple charger anymore.

Honestly, it feels flimsy; like it could break at any time. I really wish I got a sturdier cores from somewhere else.

it doesn’t work. It doesn’t charge at all.. I didn’t get a chance to try it as soon as i bought it.. and the return period lapses that is why I didn’t got a chance to return or even exchange

Works as intended but a lot of these tend to wear out pretty quickly.

A pretty decent long charger for me to use, isn’t too fast though.

The charger isn’t the best should have got a charging pad but oh well

Heres an overpriced cable that you will be buying multiple times because of apples ingenious method of having you destroy your ports trying to get your phone to charge.

Apple makes them cheap so you have to constantly repurchase. Mine last about 6 months as I use them all the time. Especially in the car for better reception with the blue tooth. I only wish the price were more reasonable

What is shown in picture is what I ordered but it is not what I received. My cable is regular short cable.

Doesn't work!! I tried everything!! Tried calling tech support and they couldn't figure it out!!
