This is a replacement charger for my iPhone, I was debating between this charger which is Apple and an aftermarket charger that is longer. Although there are a couple options of the aftermarket chargers, a bestbuy employee said one was better than the other as one brand tends to give out faster and they both cost $6 and $8 more than the Apple brand. I’m satisfied with the Apple charger and it charges my phone fast.

These Apple cables last much longer, and charge my iphone faster than the cheap one's.

This magic wire that keeps my phone and iPads charged has worked great from the moment I got it. If I have one complaint though, it’s that over time the rubber casing breaks and exposes the wire. It’s just something that happens over time and with repeated use so it’s not a big problem. My one before this lasted about two years, so I did get good use out of it before needing the new one I just purchased.

I left my iPhone charging cable at a hotel while traveling for business. I bought another cable, not from Best Buy that wasn't Apple. Even though I was assured it would charge my iPhone 8 Plus it did not. So I returned it and went to Best Buy and bought the Apple cable which works great. I should have done that in the first place.

Great quality and fast charging charger, just like the one you get with your iphone.

So Purchased a New Cord & It's Worked Fine. Thanks Geek Squad.
